Man, this season had the lamest cheating scandals. Deflated balls and pumping in fake crowd noise because I guess your fans lose interest and leave once you start getting your ass kicked.

At least SpyGate had a whole espionage mystique to it.

Next year, I demand NFL up their game a bit. Remember back when the Bucs all got MRSA infections in the locker room? Maybe the Buccaneers were able to contain some of that and they can spread it around the visiting team's locker room before home games to give themselves and advantage. Imagine watching an awful team like the Bucs roll to a 65-0 victory because the other team's players are dropping like flies on the field. Granted, MRSA typically doesn't work that fast, but it's worth a shot! Anything for a win!

That's on her. Court officials have been trying to reach to her since mid January. It sounds to me like Hardy refused to settle and Holder ran to avoid public humiliation... OR she's too busy smoking crack somewhere in America. Either way, Hardy is a free man.

In a statement explaining the decision to dismiss charges, the district attorney's office said it has "reliable information" that Holder and Hardy have reached a civil settlement and that she has "intentionally made herself unavailable to the State."

Prosecutors have been unable to locate Holder to issue her a subpoena, which would have compelled her to testify in the trial. Holder's civil attorney also has refused to assist prosecutors in locating his client.

Your sarcasm doesn't exactly make or break his case. I told you specifically that this would go down the way it did. Both were guilty. Holder exaggerated her injuries and was high as a fudging kite on cocaine. Hardy likely did put his hands on her but... he slammed her head through a bath tub/toilet and threw her on a mountain of guns? Lulz, please.

I hear you on that one. But any woman who doesn't have enough respect for herself to make sure the person who beat them gets punished by the law doesn't deserve too much sympathy if any at all. Then she took a cash settlement and all of a sudden is nowhere to be found? In 2014/2015 when domestic violence awareness has become the new breast cancer awareness?

It makes me think that Hardy didn't nearly do what we all think we did and that Holder was clearly after some $$$.

It is not about sympathy for the victim here, though I do have some. This is about a man with money getting away with abusing a woman because he has money. Hardy did something. I have no doubt about that. Did she exaggerate it? Probably.
