2015 was going to be one crowded year

Yeah, Tintin was a stretch of mine. And I'm quite sure Avatar 2 is 2016 at earliest.

it made enough for another movie but not enough for a standalone movie. i dont have movie industry experience. but i dont belive that they wanted to have a batman/superman movie before MOS was realesed. they would like avengers money and for they need Mr. Batman. i am so happy. :woot:

MOS was a hit. haha i am happy that MOS didnt make 300 millions domestic. because of that i will get a batman/superman movie. i dont have info and i dont have hollywodo industry experience. but there is no way that WB wanted to make a batman/superman movie before MOS was realesed. they decided that superman needs batman to get Avengers and TDK money.
What are you talking about for starters avengers and tdk didn't make the same money...
However I guess you are referring to the domestic takes in which case one would ask you the simple question: did Begins make enough money to lead into TDK money(domestic)?

It takes a cross over event of some sort and wb knows this. I personally don't see this as any slight to MOS. Of course TDK has something else going for it too...Batman alone can't make avengers money, I mean just look at TDKR.

WB just gave it self a shot at the top spot for 2015.
They left the con with as much juice as marvel did after that avengers announcement imo.

I didn't know Ant-Man and Bond 24 had the same release date. After the success of Skyfall, Marvel might push the release back a few weeks.

Lawd, 2015 is going to kill me if I'm not somehow dead before it.

Superman/Batman vs. Avengers: Age of Ultron is enough but THEN you throw in Episode 7 along with the other big movies?! Oh you dun f**ked up now, Hollywood.

Different audiences. Bond audience has Always been more adult.

My 3 most anticipated. I can't wait to see what Abrams has in store for us with Episode 7.

Stop b****ing about too many movies in 2015, y'all. That summer will make up for this summer.

:argh:

Maybe Ant-Man will move, but it's not like TA was a pushover compared to Bond's gross. They both did great, but I think Bond has a chance of moving after seeing AOU's box office power.

Yep, those are at the top of my list too. Episode 7 should be amazing. Just imagine the feeling we'll get when we hear the Star Wars music with the title coming up in the beginning of the movie.

I'm really excited to see a new Batman and what Snyder has in store for him. I know he'll make him badass. I really need a new version after being let down with certain things about Bale's Batman. And of course Superman will be epic. The fight between them will be the s**t! That's the moment I feel the audiences will most want to see.

I'm not worried in the least about these movies in the hands of their respective directors. Really feels good and assuring.

I'm curious as to who will get cast in Episode 7.

I have a feeling that 2015 will be the next 2013, in terms of the awesome burst of cinematic releases.

What I will be seeing:

Avengers: AOU
Pirates of Caribbean 5
Antman
Bond 24
Star Wars
World's Finest

What I might be seeing:

Assassin's Creed (brother is a fan of it. I'll take him to see it.)
Terminator

What I will not be seeing:

-Independence Day 2 (Jeff Goldlbum was the only aspect of the preceding film that I enjoyed.)

Seriously with the announcement of Batman-Superman movie in 2015 i was looking at the all the blockbusters that are going to be released

March 6th Fantastic FOur Reboot
May 1st The Avengers : Age of Ultron
June 19th Assasins Creed
June 26th Terminator
July 3rd Independance Day 2
July 10th Pirates of tthe Carribbean 5
November 6th Antman and Bond 24
November 20th Hunger Games

Add to that Star Wars VII ( summer 2015) , Batman-Superman ( somewhere 2015)
I was under the impression that ID2 will be a straight to DVD title ?

With Disney's Avengers 2 and "Star Wars episode 7" I expect a blackhole to open up due to amount of income generated by that.

Yeah, me too. Maybe we'll find out more during D23.

No LFL already confirmed there would be no Episode VII stuff at D23 or SDCC. Howver this weekend is Star Wars Celebration 2 in Europe, and it seems that we may get some stuff there. Kathy will be on stage for an hour and according to the statement from LFL will talk the future of Star Wars. We may get at least something this weekend.

These are likely DOA for the most part, at least DOM in the case of POTC5.

FF reboot is still a big ???? with a high trend towards floppage as well due to the ill feelings of the previous series.

The rest are all on pretty solid ground for the most part.

I can't stop laughing at that gif. Is there a video of it?

Its the type of movies. A lot of these are major blockbusters, or supposedly.

I'm not looking forward to ID2 and Teminataaaah!

Superman/Batman won't be a pushover either. But Disney will make more money since they have two major blockbusters.

ID2 I'm "meh" towards for now. Terminator could be good. I'm looking forward to it.
