360 or a Wii?

I say get both. I'll get Wii first though. Mostly 'cause its cheaper and it has Zelda.

To those that say all Wii has is Zelda. I would argue it is the best party console around. Wii Sports is great multiplayer and with Smash Bros. Brawl on the way, that thing will be on more times as a party game in a week than other games' entire gameplay value. That is how awesome the Smash be.

People forget the quality of a game with your buds.

And for the record 360 has Gears of War, which you can beat in 7 hours and Dead Rising right now. Not equal to Zelda IMO. But whatever. Oblivion is overrated IMO and I lost taste in it very quickly.

But for RE5, Assassins Creed and Gears I will get a 360. But on Wii in the same time frame I'll get another exclusive RE game, Zelda, Mario, Metroid, Super Smash Bros., Sadness and the likes.

I've lost all interest in the PS3, now.

Don't get a 360 without getting xbox live.Don't get a 360 without buying Condemned(when it comes out) or Call of Duty3.

On the other hand--

Don't buy a Wii without LOZ twighlight princess
Don't buy a wii unless you're into short lived offbrand multi-party games.(Thats all the Wii offers right now)

You bought games that were clearly going to suck. Red Steel looks horrid to me and I won't buy it if I get a Wii. Sonic games have sucked ever since they came into 3D and that won't change. I never got the big deal about Halo. Though, I played Gears Of War at a friends' house and thought it was alot of fun. I hear it's a short game though.

I disagree. Sonic adventure 1 and two were really fun games with good stories. And if you got them on the dreamcast, then you had even more fun raising your Choas.

I've had every Nintendo since the Nes days and while the Wii is tempting, mainly for Zelda, I decided to get the 360 instead. It's put away now for Christmas but I can't wait to play it! Besides I've already played my fair share of Zelda games on the N64 and Gamecube and at the moment there aren't any other games that interest me on the Wii.
