360 vs PS3 Graphics Answered!

Fanboyism aside, let´s be realistic about it, the 360 is out for 1 year, the PS3 is a newborn, and when it comes to graphics, the diference is minimal.
Sure, the 360 is better, no confusion there, but it just points that, in the not so long run, the PS3 will give the 360 a run for it´s money.
Of course, for me, graphics are the least of my problems, i still play 8 and 16 bits and love it...

The funny thing is, the voters are all fanboys, because, let´s face it, everyone knows that, the 360 and PS3 will fall on their knees when the directX 10 arrives.
It´s impossible for a console to compete with a PC.
Crysis alone looks better than any 360 or PS3 game out there.

But shouldn't games that came out on the 360 last year, be tweaked graphically for the PS3 version?

I'm not too keen on the PS3.

1. I don't want to support Blu-ray.
2. I've heard of it's oh so many hardware problems.
3. I really want a wii
4.360>PS3

the only reason I want a PS3 is that my mum broke my PS2 a couple of weeks ago and now I have loads of games that serve no purpose other than frisbees.

My bro is getting the wii soon...so that will most proabably sustain me until i have the money and actually get the ps3....hmmm.....didnt get the ps2 until a yr or two after it came out...i may follow the trend here.

Presumably a selection of charts could be drawn up for certain aspects that show the PS3 with a greater capacity. Those are very select charts.

I long for a scientific explanation why all the PS3 hardware and it's eight core processors and devoted graphics chip is still only on par with the 360?
