6 New Clips Including UK TV Spot.

OK, Piccolo destroying Gohan's house I did like. And Yamcha sounds pretty much like the dude that did the Funimation dub. I may be swinging towards paying for this garbage. :o

i'm starting to like Chow Yun Fat as Roshi even if he's overacting a lot of the time. i loved when he yelled out his name and called himself immortal, but Goku dropping the bomb on him by saying that Gohan is dead....that part felt odd and uncomfortable. it was sorta funny how Roshi's face turned from excited to surprised, but it didn't give that scene the gravity it needed. like i said, i'm really glad they're trying to keep him a pervert and Roshi will undoubtedly help carry the movie and move it along, but the problems i have with Roshi aren't so much Chow's involvement or actions but more-or-less how he was written.

i'm not really digging Emmy as Bulma to be honest. initially, i thought i was gonna be drooling the whole time, but she delivers her lines too monotone and flat. Bulma is supposed to be very perky and almost completes her lines as if there is an exclamation point at the end. i'm glad her last name is still Briefs, but Emmy hasn't impressed me as Bulma yet. she's still hot though.

as for Goku...once again, i still don't see Chatwin as Goku and he's probably the most disappointing aspect about this film so far. so much of this movie depends on Chatwin but it feels like he's bored to be there. after Gohan defeats him on the clothes lines, instead of asking how Gohan is able to do that move or asking for another try, he acts snotty and gives the lame excuse of not being able to see his attack. it seems like he has some sort of attitude anytime he's not supposed to be acting nice. it just feels like Chatwin doesn't really want to be doing this film. plus, when he's in his fighting position it always looks wrong or forced. he just doesn't look natural with his fists up. he doesn't look like he's protecting himself as much as he's just posing for the sake of looking like he's about to fight. i'm just very disappointed with the choice of Chatwin as Goku and these clips just confirm my worries.

the rest is okay i suppose. Joon Park acts just like Yamcha, Randal Duk Kim acts just like Gohan should. Marsters is handling his business as Piccolo as always. however, it still seems like a movie that i'll be skipping in theaters.

Some of those were decent. Some were awkward. My expectations have risen back up from "terrible" to "mindless mediocrity"

i was suprised how much i DIDNT like bulma.

i like the extended scene of goku/rosh/bulma

i think it is fantastic that goku has visions when he touches a dragonball. anyone saw oozaru? he looks like in the cartoon.

i actually don't like that concept. it feels borrowed from Lord of the Rings and it makes it seem like Goku is supposed to have a special connection to the DB's that no one else has. it feels like they're trying to drive the 'chosen one' aspect more than it needs to be. giving the DB's mystical powers is one thing but it seems like Goku is the only one who has that type of reaction the the DBs.

bulma briefs-excellent!(not enchanto)did u see oozaru?3:53-goku meets roshi

i think the ''chosen one'' is just story that was told through the years.

goku is a saiyan. he is oozaru like there was IMO an oozaru before him on earth. you know that in the cartoon he was also meant to destroy the world. here it is also like that. i think piccolo, oozaru and the dragonballs are connected from the past when they were created.

God, this movie looks horrible.

These clips are awesome :D
Watching them made me want to see more.

edit: and i only clicked post reply once...

Pause the 5 min Roshi vs Goku fight at 3:53 to see what the Oozaru looks like!!!!!

Definitely cringe-worthy, especially the line (paraphrasing)

"Dragon Ball Energy? DBE? Hmm, kinda catchy."

Really lame allusion to the title of the movie..

they changed the title after the filming was over.

really? i loved that line... it was funny

wow this looks craptacular... i'll be giving this one a pass in the theaters

Oh no this movie looks awful.

Dont even bother pausing the clip at 3:53, Oozaru looks like a face sculpted out of poop.

Heres to the remake!

Piccolo's voice is what Dr. Doom probably should have sounded like.
