A Big Thank You!

Before we get solidly into the media and crazy hype frenzy of the last 2 weeks before the opening of our movie....I wanted to take a moment to thank some people that have REALLY given ALOT to this forum over the last months. I missed a few months there and it was amazing what I came back to a couple of months ago....

I'd like to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to....

Retro-- for the incredible amount of articles, pics, etc that has come from this awesome poster....

Mattc-- better known as Matt from the F4 -- for the huge amount of inside information he has brought since his first day here....

Maestro -- One of my favorite people, who may be a BIGGER Jessica fan than myself, but he has been a huge source of videos that we can't find anywhere else....

and last but not least.....

Malus-- for the incredible count down thread, that has brought so much joy to our long time fans of the F4 comics, and so much education to people like me and our new found comic fans....


I know that there are many others, and please do not feel slighted if your name was not mentioned....but I felt these 4 people have really put in the time and energy for this forum and I've definitely appreciated all that they've brought.....

^^ Yeah these guys have been stellar. They are indeed Fantastic.

I like this idea Alba, a simple thanks to people who have contributed (now there is an idea for us all).

I would also like to give a shout out to some of the mods who contibute a great deal to the forum. I am not sure what your responsibilities are but I think you go beyond the norm in keeping this place interesting.

First up Lightning Strykze, for the insightful, thoughtful and professional manner in which he does his thing, keeping us entertained when nothing is happening with his "serious threads"

Albafan take a bow, you seem to be the hardest working woman on the FF Forum hype. Please don't work so hard that you burn out, at least not before the hype for the film and the post release buzz is done lol.

Hunter Rider, the guy who most of us owe our avatars to, take a bow man, those can be hardwork.

Finally to those who are not so popular but I rely on to just be around like Carp Man who saves me the trouble of going to boxoffice mojo, people like HoratioRome who is a true fan and others that have gotten busy of late and everyone who enjoys the buzz this forum creates.

It has been a fun two years hanging out on the hype for me. After the movies release a lot of us will go back into our caves no doubt and we may not be heard from for a while, well until the next one is announced but it has been worth while keeping company with all the guys and gals here.

So let the countdown begin as we are entering the two week window.

Here is to the people that make the hype what it is.

PS: Thanks to Advanced Dark for reminding me that when it comes to these big budget films money talks baby, money talks.

Ty. There are those who are front and center, and visable, and there are those who hang in the background working. That's me, doing what I can to make the hype better. Always trying to come up with the latest boxoffice #'s. It's like a movie here. There's the director, producer, actors, all visable. Then there are those who work the cameras, the lighting, and the gopher, who goes and gets coffe. There are those I don't agree with all the time, and yea I can get hotheaded at times, but everyone here is great, I'm glad to be here to help. We all work together, each of us doing his part to keep these boards going. Thumbs way up to everyone here. t:
