Comics A clone Saga question...

I dunno, this is probly a stupid question but i was just re-reading Spider-Man &5, the issue where Ben dies, at the end where Spiderman is carrying Ben's body away, somebody yells "spiderman is taking the body why?" and Arthur Stacy says " I will find out. I assure you of that..." . I just wanna know if that plot point was ever picked up on later on. If not it sounds like a interesting thread to pick up on for a possible return of Ben...

I know right? Quesada said after OMD, there would be be emphasis on Spidey's supporting cast, wouldnt it be nice to see Stacy return, there was interesting plot developing with him in the clone saga, but it was never resolved.

The fact that Gwen slept with Norman wasn't what bothered me about sins past, in fact i thought it showed just how truly sinister norman osborn is. What BOTHERED me was the fact that she had not one but TWO kids that were fully grown in such a small amount of time. And the explanation? Norman osborn's genetically altered blood gave the kids super-growth hormones... COME ON Marvel. That's almost as bad as the excuse they used for Aunt May's revival. I dont know how long its been in the marvel world since gwen died, but those kids shouldnt have been more than 7 years old.

Well, it does look like Sins Past is aobut to be retconned alongside a whole bunch of other things.

Maybe there will be a bunch of good retcons with OMD

No one knows for sure, but we're just guessing since Brand New Day seems like a "new beginning" sort of thing for Spidey.

He carried Ben away to stop people seeing his body dissolve, Aurther Stacey tried to bring Spidey down but they became good friends for no real reason I can remember
