I saw the second Young Guns once and really enjoyed it back then, never gave it a second view, nor have I watched the first.
And I never connected Emilio Estevez as Charlie Sheen's brother, he has a similar voice, but his facial features are distant.

Maybe it's just me but early on I would say that Charlie Sheen looked the most like his father but as they have aged Emilo looks more like his dad than Charlie.

i dont understand a lot of the hate for GotG... probably because i knew nothing about it. GotG2 looks fun enough... not sure about the baby groot either... but whatever, if he dances to more Jackson 5...

I don't have any hate for GotG, but I don't have a ton of love for it either. It's fine, and it was fun. The sequel looks like fun too. I'm mainly excited for it for Kurt Russell's character and Baby Groot.

I don't understand the hate either. I'm more surprised Mantis was even in the Trailer. Was expecting to see Kurt's character than Mantis really since we left off with the big hint from Yondu, Pete's Dad was looking for him

I've been trying to write lyrics and have put together a guitar demo which I'll do drums for soon.

on the Foo Fighters sub-reddit they're putting together a tribute album so I'm gonna submit a cover for one of their songs and am also designing the album art for the whole thing!

General question to the council:

Is it at all out of line to think of Japanese properties in the Super Sentai tradition or similar as "super heroes"? I have always thought Gatchaman was a Japanese gloss on the American super hero myself though I understand things get clouded once you have the characters piloting mechas, whether live action or animated.

Thoughts, council?

I just saw Eyes Wide Shut for the first time. I thought it was okay but the plot only gets interesting when the main character gets to the party. I think the costumes were a bit more creative in the real life version of that party.
