A Program to record my gameplay

So i want a program to record my times playing my games and then sent it to youtube.
Can anybody tell me some?
My computer is kinda weak in wich games lake Tomb Raider Annyversary and Far Cry become slow some times and games like Crysis don't work.
Does anybody know a free program that doesn't ask for too much requirements?

Is the only one that is really work using if you want long video's, and don't want to pay. I hear it can be picky, tho.
