Some of these quotes were put together from longer speeches (you can check it out on Snopes), but the intent and meaning behind them doesn't change all that much.

EDIT: Ah, you beat me to it. :p

I saw something similar one time that compared President Wilson to Kaiser Wilhem and FDR to Hitler. You're thinking Hitler and Kaiser Bill were the bad guys they were pointing out, but it turns out to be Wilson and FDR.

Sure it does. When you take a single talking point out of context, you pretty much drastically alter the meaning.

Again though, I can do this with George Bush, Fred Thompson, Barrack Obama, John Edwards, Rudy Giulliani, or Mitt Romney.

But it's way more fun with Clinton. :woot:

I can't believe I'm defending Hilary.

All of those quotes are taken out of context and some of them are fabricated.

These quotes stand on their own. Hillary has never been on the side of the individual. Her own professor identified her as a socialist.

"We must stop thinking of the individual and start thinking about what is best for society." [Hillary Clinton, 1993

No, it is partisan politics as usual when you single out Clinton and do it :whatever:

Read the Snopes articles to see how out of context these quotes are.

im going to go out on a limb here, and say that mcguffin loves rush limbaugh.

"A Simple Civis Quiz", or "Let's Take Some **** Out of Context."

:down

I pop in over here every now and then. I can usually only take so much before I go crawling back to the comics forums.

Not just Clinton, but the ClintonS and the Gores as well. All new age communists with the majority of their views.

Sorry if that offends you or makes you think of me as ignorant(which is the common thing to think of someone when their opinion differs :whatever: ). I just never liked a lot of their ideas and plans, too many of them were too socialistic and government control happy.

What kind of politician do you prefer?

I just find it funny that the people who claim liberals are control happy seem to overlook illegal wiretapping and censorship and civil rights violations that the conservatives specialize in. That's more about government control then anything a Democrat says.

I don't agree with wiretapping or censorship either. I guess im bi partisan, don't care for conservatives or liberals all that much. There are good things and bad things to both sides, wether it's Repub, Democrat or Liberal. With my opinions I could never really side fully with one group.

Nobody could. That's the problem with the entire bipartisan system.

I also find it funny that many conservatives explain themselves by saying that they don't side with either party, yet they always vote Republican on everything.
