I was laughing at some of these people on the show but actually a few of the questions stumped me. :csad:

Who was the first President to be impeached?
Andrew Johnson
I knew Clinton was wrong but it was the only name that came to mind.

How many teaspons in 5 tablespoons?
15, 3 teaspoons in 1 tablespoon
I thought there were 4 teaspoons in 1 tablespoon.

Which is the largest bear?
Polar
I honestly thought it was a grizzley.

i only watched a bit of it. but the premise osunds funny a shell.

I wouldn't have known any of them...

but there are many things that i don't know...

The last one is a point of contention as it depends on how you define largest. The Kodiak is sometimes deemed the largest bear.

Average Weight of Mature Male
Polar: 900-1,500 pounds
Kodiak: 500-900 pounds

Heaviest Recorded
Polar: 2,210 pounds
Kodiak: 2,500+ pounds

Average Length of Mature Male
Polar: 8-8.4 feet
Kodiak: >7-10 feet

The Oceans of the World encompasses how much of the planet's surface?
A) 70 Percent
B) 80 Percent
C) 90 Percent

A) 70 Percent

I thought it was 80.

we only learned about the periodic table in 9th grade

I learned about chemistry before High School. I want to say 8th grade tops.

Another question.

What element on the periodic table is represented by Na?

Well listen, a fifth grader was told how many teaspoons are in a tablespoon, like, a couple months ago.
I was told in, like, 1981.
It hasn't come up a lot since then, Mmmkay?

If I'm ever on a gameshow like this and they have lifelines, I'm using you as a lifeline for obscure pornographic paraphernalia.

of those damned questions stumped me

Out of the ones you've posted Erz, I only didn't know the President one.

Andrew Jackson was impeached?

Yeah, some of the questions there are super easy but I saw some last night & the brunette lady's questions were hard. I didn't know any of those.

Humans are 80% water. The Earth is 70%. That's usually how people get those confused.

And what fifth Grader would know Andrew Johnson was the first President to be impeached...they probably wouldn't know what impeachment is.

It is a close call, but the polar bear is generally considered the largest bear on Earth. A close second is the brown bear, specifically the Kodiak bear. The Kodiak is a subspecies of the brown bear native to Alaska.

The consensus among experts is that the polar bear is the largest, but some believe the Kodiak bear to be larger. Part of the dissension comes from the vagueness of the word "largest." The answer really depends on how "largest" is defined - Heaviest? Longest? Largest ever recorded?

So technically, we are sort of right. Some experts agree with us. :o
