Spoilers say one of Nathans sons will have a power. Now another spoiler says Matts baby will have a power, possibly restoring abilitys to others.

Opinions? Are they trying to set us up for another generation? Where will Peter/Hiro come into all of this and Claire there the big known stars? I could see Peter as a mentor to Nathans kid maybe, Hiro to Matts kid. Maybe both of them could be the teachers to all three

This will only be done as a plot device. I would be good to see Nathan re-connect with his kids though. This show has serious parental issues . The only good dad I remember there being was a dead convict.

But they manipulated his DNA, so I think regardless of it not being natural, his DNA is still primed to accept abilities and would also still pass that on.

I think it was micah's father , can't remember the name.. The black hole guy was a good father actually but sure enough he had to put himself into oblivion.

DL was Micah's father, and his ability was phasing. The black hole guy just someone who was locked in Level 5. After he escaped HRG wanted to use him as a weapon to suck Sylar in a black hole.

This is an idea I've had for a while about a new Hero.

Richard Patrick "Ricky" Mitchell Jr.- Peter and Nathan's 20 year-old cousin who has a bone to pick with Danko. The story is that he's the son of Arthur's sister Melinda, who was a telepath. But his power is Peter's original power-empathic mimicry. By using his mom's power he's able to detect abilities and acquire them. Anyway, his parents were killed in a plane crash that he was supposed to be on but wasn't. The pilot: Danko. So for over a year, Ricky's been acquiring new powers and looking for Danko, while operating as a vigilante under the alias "RPM." Eventually, he arrives in DC and finds Danko, where he's revealed (by Ricky through a profile he got) that his real name is not Emile Danko, but Mikhail Vladislav Dankjovic. Born in Soviet Ukraine, he trained in Moscow as an undercover KGB agent before "defecting" to the US two years before the Soviet Union collapsed. Furthermore, it was Arthur who hired Danko to kill Ricky--NOT his parents.


Just an idea for where they could go with Heroes' "first family"

but how else is Pete gonna get his original power back? Also there's another reason I wanted Ricky to have empathic mimicry, and its actually the reason Arthur wanted him dead: because he would have posed a threat to Arthur. See, in Arthur's mind Peter could be manipulated because of his naïveté (or so he thought); Ricky, however, is a completely different personality type when compared to Peter. So it also makes for an interesting dynamic between the two: they both have the same power, but different opinions on how to use that power.
