well i'm finally caught up, have to get up in about 5 hours so i need to go to bed.

back's killing me today. when i got home from work and got out of the car, i could hardly walk without pain. the 15-20 minute car ride home was the longest i sat the whole day up til about 9pm tonight.
i took 800mg of ibuprofen about 530pm and went to practice. by 800 they were already wearing off
