Aaron Sorkin's The Newsroom on HBO

Seriously! They are ending this, why? :(

Love this storyline, and feel like this is what should have happened last year...

Also, Kat Dennings!

BTW, can we get an Olivia Munn spin-off?

Did they announce Dennings was appearing? I don't remember anything being announced like that...

Four episodes to resolve all of this... Things are going to get busy...

She was shown in the trailer for episode 2 after episode 1.

Yeah this last episode was great.

It really sucks this is ending. While it does get overly preachy at times, I really like the characters and their interactions

I love how the episode (and previous one for that matter) dumped the formula of story of the week and the show excelled.

Really liking the new series. Pity it's the last one. Daniels is a great actor.

Yeah too bad Sorkin waits till he has binned the show to do this. Its like he's giving us the finger while at the same time giving us good television.

Another magnificent episode, this season is amazing; 3/3.

Sloan should wear that dress all of the time. Nice seeing Clea Duvall, she's very underrated. The FBI opening stuff was funny as ****, and loved the interrogation room situation.

Sorkin's doing some tight stuff right now, maybe he should act like every season is "it's last" but not actually being...?

This season is blowing me away right now.

Will is going down. There won't be a wedding. He's surely gonna fall on the sword to save Neil's ass. Some overall incredible writing last night.

I loved Mac's boobalicious dress and Don was right....Confident Maggie is looking good. Alison Pill looked absolutely delicious in the control room during the (hysterical) EPA interview.

I like the new media vs old media battle this season.

It is hilarious seeing the real world digital media websites he criticises on the show hating on this season of the show because they don't like how negative he portrays them.

Charlie Skinner is probably going to die of a heart attack based off the promo for next week.

Last night's episode was okay....the ending was great but I thought the end to the Sloan/Don HR sub plot was weak and we are once again back to Maggie and Jim.

Show started with Maggie remember joining ACN

Last night kind of felt like the series finale to me. I had to double check to see if it was 4 or 6 episodes this season.

Yeah that was a weird ending to that story. Really weird. It was a funny storyline while it lasted. Provided some good laughs.

Im not surprised by the Maggie/Jim thing. THeyre the end game. If they dont end up together in the finale I'll be surprised

felt the same way.. but was happy when they said there were still two left. :D

She already worked there when the show started. It was Jim and Mac who started (without Will's knowledge).

For some reason, I feel like that first episode of the series focused on Maggie as that junior assistant or intern or whatever it was and Jim started to like her.

No bulls**t. That was probably the single greatest episode this series produced. That one deserves an award in writing for sure.

Totally called it on Charlie

And Will's "cellmate" was a (younger) memory of his dead dad.

Whyyyyyyyyyy does this show have to end?! This season is shockingly good! Sloan is my effing hero!

I'm so torn, that episode was amazing (Don/Sloan stuff especially) and then they pull the whole [BLACKOUT]Ghost Dad[/BLACKOUT] and a [BLACKOUT]heart attack-death[/BLACKOUT] plot device.

That's just ******** and just dumb. :whatever:

Can't believe Sorkin would do that... while he had great commentary during Don's rape victim followup story and Sloan flipping the bird to 'Ryan the Temp's' ACN reboot.
