For My Father

This site was maintained by my late father, Chandra Suresh, a noted evolutionist who helped solve the riddles of DNA and protein synthesis through his pioneering work in the late 1970s and early 1980s.
Like all sons, I have had my difficulties with my father, but where I once found his theories to be more in the realm of science fiction than of science fact, I now understand that he was onto discoveries that have the potential to create a paradigm shift for the entire world, and that is why I have decided to resurrect this site so his work, at least in some small fashion, can continue.

My father was dedicated to the idea of openness and sharing his research with those around him. In this spirit, I’d like to invite everyone to explore this resource and to share your own theories with me through a wiki that I set up for that purpose.

I hope you find my father’s work and research as inspiring and thought provoking as I do.

hmmm...The List has been removed for "security reasons"

Nice website if I wanted to know DNA and evolution. If Mohinder was smart (and a real person), he would try to sell his father's book on the website and try to make some cash.

But strangely it mentions Matt Parkman as an evolved person in the Theories section (DNA).

On the interview section, is there supposed to be video of the interview? I don't see it coming up for me. Because I really wanted to hear Wayne Grody's theories :whatever:. Anyways, I would hate to be him now. When Heroes fans finds this website, some might bug him if he know anything that will occur on the show. You could easily finds his phone number and email on the ucla website: http://www.directory.ucla.edu/update.php

they're really going above and beyond with the online marketing initiatives, very good moves

What's interesting about the site is the power list. I've always thought nathan's powers were kind of uselss. He can fly, great, he's still soft as puppy ****e and has no offenseive capabilites. But then I read the part about aerokinesis. All heroes only have one power but his flight could be a manifestation of this power instead. This would mean he'd have offensive capabilities on a par with sylar's TK. Just something to think about...

This makes perfect sense, he's a hacker.

This is where hana was going in the latest graphic novel, between their combined powers they could blow open HRG's employers, make everything public. This is HRG's grand plan!!!!!!!:yay:

there's a part in Chandra's introduction that pretty much mentions how Sylar steals powers, or so I think

Is this even an official site? how do they know about Claire's death? or Hiro's powers.

The Haitian has always had two powers.
it's the same power, just used in a different way, maybe what he does with people like Parkman is that he "touches" their telepathy and makes them instantly forget what they just heard, hence the lack of thought that Matt percieves

found this on the site:

Uluru
From Activating Evolution

Largest rock in the world, worships by the Aborigine.

According to most recent data, may be an evolved human of massive proportions.

i got there this way: theories -> special pages (under toolbox) -> dead end pages. lots of stuff there. take it for what it's worth...looks like a lot of people goofing around.

If it's an official site then it's very tacky as far as information goes. In RP terms i'd call it meta-gaming. there's just way too much info that someone in the show wouldn't know. oh well, its interesting anyways.

he has the power to erase memories and he has a power dampener/nullifer ability. the latter is what makes him the ideal partner to aid in kidnapping heroes.

but it's been established that each hero just has one power, except for Peter and Sylar, it's just a different way of using said power

Hiro once said he had the power of bending time into space, maybe that's how he time travels, basically

where was it ever established? certainly not in the show.

when Sylar was in Primatech's custody, Bennet said something about that, can't remember exactly

Aerokinesis is completely different from Flight. I thought the website did a great job of defining and making it clear that those two were completely different.

Aerokinesis is the ability to control wind currents. An aerokinetic can make the illusion that they are flying, when in fact they are just manipulating the wind currents and making them strong enough to carry them into the air. Think of Storm, she doesn't have the actual ability of flight, but because of her weather manipulation abilities she manipulates the wind which picks her up and makes her seem like she's flying.

The actual power of flight has little to do with wind currents. The power of flight deals with reducing or getting rid of the gravity around a person and giving them the ability to fly.

Nathan can be pretty offensive, he was flying pretty fast when he escaped.

Well, i guess he could carry someone with him, and the friction would probably hurt them quite a bit, but other than that there's not much he can do offensivley. I doubt he can fly into things and not be hurt the same as anything else being thrown hundreds of miles an hour into something. But who knows, maybe if his body can withstand the friction it can withstand the impact of a collision too.
