Actor and actresses you can't stand

There's a few that I simply cant watch without being taken out of the film...

Renee Zellweger: I'm not going to get into it...but I have a personal beef with her. Not like an "I dont like her movies" thing...as a person, I hate her. Again, not getting into it...but I'll never forgive her, and will never watch anything she is in.

.

This post is 2 years old, so the guy's probably moved on, but I'd love to hear the story behind this. If he's an aggressive autograph seeker who was rebuffed that's one thing, but if he's legitimately connected to the industry I'd love to know what terrible, unforgivable sin made him despise her. The mind races.

I remember Heretic and he was connected to the industry in some way.

I don't understand how anyone could hate the beautiful, sassy Hathaway.

I have more respect for Joseph Gordon Levitt, have you heard what he thinks about her after working on TDKR?

Ha, watch his appearances on 30 Rock. He's funny as hell

My old man loves Frasier. I actually met Grammar last summer because he shoots Boss here in Chicago every season.

I'll back you on that one. He's not bad but I don't think he has the range other great actors do. Other great actors bulk up, slim down, cut their hair.... they become a character. Every movie he's in its like theres Leo in his role.

It has nothing to do with knowing his face. I don't expect Lon Chaney but lift some weights for a role or something.
So you cant like an actor unless he gains or loses weight for a role? Which has nothing to do with acting.

Yeah, I do think Leo's talented. But there's just something about him that comes through as redundant in his roles -- facial expressions, gestures, voice, mannerisms, etc., it's hard to pinpoint. I like to get lost in the character in the movie, not the actor, and I feel like I see Leo the actor when watch his movies, and I wish I didn't. I'm afraid the "Great Gatsby" will be the same. However, I liked him in "Revolutionary Road." I'm hoping "Django Unchained" will be good too.
Thats the best way of putting it. Most actors are like that with very few great ones. Very few have the range to be great.

Right. That was kind of a ridiculous claim ("DiCaprio isn't a serious actor, because his weight doesn't dangerously fluctuate!!"). When DeNiro got big for 'Raging Bull' in the 80's it was the first time an actor had really done that. Now it's almost a gimmick. Yes, it takes commitment, but true acting isn't measured in your ability to scarf down hamburgers all day until you're obese(or alternatively go on a crash diet until you're anorexic). He can be dedicated to acting without imperiling his health.

The site is down at the moment but it was during an interview JGL did.

He stated that he thinks she's a fine actor but that she is incredibly stuck-up and thinks she is better than everyone else. He also said that ,while he DOES think she's a fine actor, she isnt good enough to warrant the way she treats others lol

Bunch of BS. JGL didn't say any of that during an interview, it was from an unnamed "source". Typical internet drivel.

Anne Hathaway certainly appears to be a nice person, but she’s also very attractive, and the fact is that most attractive women are black hearted monsters. Sometimes they’re even a demon that has taken the form of a human woman in order to steal a mans semen and father a hybrid child that can cross between worlds.
Luckily Joseph Gordon-Levitt saw right through Hathaways little act when they worked together on ‘the Dark Knight Rises’.
Joseph says she’s always acted like an insufferable snob.
“He thinks she’s a good actress, he just doesn’t understand her ego.”
To be fair, not all women are snobs or demons like Hathaway. Sometimes they’re Decepticons waiting for the right moment to kill you like in Transformers 2. Other times a witch will use a potion to make you think a really big snake is actually a woman.

Yeah, because anonymous sources are always SOOOOO reliable.

Look, I don't know Hathaway, and she could be a world-class beeyotch. I have no idea. But one unsubstantiated rumor doesn't prove anything.

Tyler Durden should be angry that his name is being used on such a ridiculous site.

:whatever: The original source was from showbizspy apparently.

The damn thing begins with "Sources say Joseph thinks Anne is an insufferable snob!" JGL didn't say that himself, a source claimed he said it. Big difference.

Yeah, "sources". The whole thing reads out like some sexually frustrated JGL fangirl hating on Anne for being close to him during the HitrecordJoe sessions.

Yup. And for what it's worth, I know that Anne marched with Occupy protesters last summer. Whatever you might think of them and their cause, the point is that she's probably not a "snob" because she had no problem marching with ordinary people.

All these "she's a snob in real life" rumors are just overly common among female celebrities. It's getting so old it's not even funny anymore.

KATHYRN HEIGL. JEREMY PIVEN.

No one else comes close to being as hated as these two are for me. Urggghhh.

I lost respect for Heigl when she said she regretted being in "Knocked Up" because it was sexist towards women. Yet she continues to star is ****** RomComs like "27 Dresses"

I hope in the Quasi-Sequel "This is 40" Seth Rogen cameos with his daughter and they have a throw away line about her dying in some embarrassing way lol

Come to think of it, I think Katherine Heigl is long overdue... for a Razzie. :funny:

Heigl wanted to be the new Julia Roberts I guess, but one calculation she overlooked is that fact that Roberts had that likability factor that is crucial when you're attempting to be "America's Sweetheart." And that might not have anything to do with how good or bad you are onscreen... if you go around being a b**** to everyone (and in Heigl's case, it was well documented, unlike this Hathaway crap), it's going to turn people off.
