Btw, for those wondering what Haley Joel Osment has been up to prior to Tusk, he's been doing a ton of voice acting work (mostly for the Kingdom Hearts series as the English voice of Sora, but I've noticed he's done some anime shows, too, like IGPX). I think Sandra, along Meryl (first name basis) are anomalies. They're not being regulated in small roles as the worried mother. Sandra is youthful enough to be play someone younger than her actual age, and you can buy it.

I think Charlize, Jessica, and Amy will follow suit. It shows that times are a-changing.

Going back to Adam Brody, I really thought he would have a big breakout career after The OC. I thought he was talented, good looking enough to be a lead without being TOO handsome or seen as just a pretty boy, and extremely likable. It took several people to convince me to watch the show to begin with, but then I got hooked. I remember telling one of the girls I used to watch it with that I thought he could have a serious Tom Hanks level breakout in the years following the show.

Ok. I was just a bit off on that one.
