Given how Sandman was the actual killer of Uncle Ben in the movies I think Sony and Co. should still make Peter's guilt over Uncle Ben a theme in the next three movies. If not, it would negate the whole Spider-Man mythology.

If Spider-Man would have stopped the robber... Uncle Ben would still be alive.

I just think in the opening act of the next movie (hopefully re-cast, new direction) they should address.

Have Peter on a rooftop having a flashback of him and Uncle Ben when Peter was younger (ala Batman Begins - I thought the flashbacks - with the music -was very well done) where Uncle Ben is telling him another important saying or some crap you get the point.

This keeps Spider-Man's motivation fresh... and doesn't destroy his origin.

Anyone like my thinking...?

No. Uncle Ben's story was given closure in SM3. Peter no longer has to beat himself up over it because he's managed to forgive the incident. This doesn't mean he stops being Spider-Man, it simply means he no longer has to be eaten away by guilt.

Like Harry, Uncle Ben was a subplot running through the trilogy that came full circle in SM3. There's no need to revisit it again.

They can revisit it again like they did in Spidey2 and Spidey3. I mean, just because of Sandma nbeing Uncle Ben's killer and other things doesn't mean that a flashback of Peter and Uncle Ben couldn't happen again. It's still peter's responsibility as being Spider-Man. I don't know about it being at the beginning of the movie though. It's a good idea, but i think it should be in the middle of the movie or around there.

No need to revisit all this again, let us move on.
