Well you could always join the Newbie Support groups and counsel adopted Newbies and their Oldbies.

You could always join the Newbie Support group and take courses which will make you a certified Oldbie when you're finally past Puberty Poster stage. I think Honey Vibe might be the one to get together with for that.

I usually the Oldbies or Newbies decide who they want to adopt or who they want adopting them. I just try to update the list of official adoptions.
