yeah, people pick the most petty things to complain about.
If Sandman and Brock survive I'd like an after credit scene along these lines. Sandman is taken to a high secuirty prison, he's in a containment box of some sort being led to his cell, screaming at the heavens how Spider-Man will pay, he's loaded into his cell which is a white room, with the front unbreakable glass. He walks over to it, touches it and an electrical shock blows away his finger. He sighs, then hears a voice from across the other side of the wing. "We should talk". On the other side is Doc Ock, same sort of cell, with his mechanical arms extended to each corner of the room constrained.
Meanwhile Eddie Brock is in a regular prison, as he is powerless without the symbiote. He is standing over the sink frantically washing his hands, suddenly two armed guards walk in, "this is your new cellmate, Cleetus Cassidy" Cassidy restrained ala Hannibal Lecter says "oh I can tell we're gonna be the best of friends" then laughs like the friggin maniac he is. Shot of Brock's face looking very worried.
I'm not a Carnage fan, I just think it'd be pretty cool.
Doc Ock "ISN'T" dead, says so the director (Raimi) and the actor who plays him (Alfred Molina). Plus, Molina is contracted to be in SM3 or SM4. He's not gonna be in SM3, so...![]()
Not going to happen... there are two many other Spider-Man villains that deserve their own movies... Doc Ock died... Get over it... Spider-Man 4 (if they DO make one) will most likely feature the Lizard... Honestly, I think you could put the Lizard, Rhino, and Kraven all in one movie (they all are Animal-themed...) and you could have Peter (or Conners) try to cure him... and have it go out of control... leading to 6-armed Spidey and eventually Man-Spider... Imagine a Man-Spider fighting Kraven... (similar to the 90's cartoon)... Anyway... point is... Doctor Octopus is dead...
If Doc Ock lives and is in Spider-Man 4, then that would be freaking gay...they have Venom in Spider-Man 3 for like 10-15 minutes and then they kill him off, but they're gonna bring Doc Ock back in S-M 4? Wow...gay.
I forget who posted and i'm too lazy to quote, but someone listed the reasons people will complain about sm3. I'm pretty much happy with all these reasons if they make for a good movie
With Sam Raimi at the helm, the classic villains will always come first. Always. Why else do you think Sandman is being focused on more than Brock in SM-3?? Even Harry is getting more exposure than Brock.
Btw, I'd watch the "gay" talk if I were you. They don't take kindly to that kind of talk around here.
That was me. And good for you if you enjoy it. Unfortunately, not everyone will feel the same way. There are always people to rip a movie apart. Always.
Raimi does tend to favor the classic villains. That's not necessarily a bad thing. Though I hope he does Venom justice. Just to shut all of my fellow Venom fans who are much more obsessed with him than me and are whining nonstop about how they're worried he'll be ruined up.
The Female Torch dropped that bomb a couple weeks ago and people were telling her she was going to be banned. And yet she's still here. I agree, though. Using "gay" as a negative term really gets my goat.
That was me.
I'm so glad Raimi favors the classic villains. I'd take them over Venom any day. I never cared much for the character.
But I feel a little bad for the Venom fans, because I know, I just know they're going to be unhappy in some way with how he's treated in SM-3.
It's as sure as night follows day. Some of them are complaining even now.
Two weeks ago we didn't have two new official moderators for this forum. I'd like to see her try it again get away with it.

I'm one of the people who ARE satisfied with venoms look. by what the Q&A said about venoms look i wasn't dissapointed and i actually thought that it would be cool to add webs on venom and all that stuff.Exactly. I actually believe no Venom fan will be satisfied. They've hyped themselves up so much about this that they're expecting WAY much more than what was promised. I think even the ones who will otherwise love this movie will consider this a sore point...A pity really.

Except Raimi said Doc Ock isnt dead.Ok, you have only one thing right about that. Doc Ock is indeed dead, however, everything else you said stinks of stupidy and false information.
Because hes a classic Spidey villain. Simple as that.2. Rhino.....yeah, I never want to hear that name again. How on Earth is Rhino worthy of being in a movie? Hm? Ya know what, go watch Hulk again, and imagine him grey with frickin horn, there is your Rhino. He's a dumb character, created on one of those idiot days in the Marvel office. Not to mention the entire story of him not being to take the suit off....tell me...how does he go to the bathroom then? You see a flap on that suit....didn't think so.
Hes not animal themed? Even though he hunts animals and has a lion's face on his jacket. Gotcha3. KRAVEN IS NOT ANIMAL THEMED, NOR DOES HE NEED "CURING" AS YOU SAY!!!!
Uh-huh, even though hes actual super-human because of those jungle elixers hes taken before he even met Spidey. Before you ever mention Kraven again, go read his orginal comics. He's a normal human, nothing "super" about him, other then he's just the worlds greatest hunter. He's the only "normal" person to ever beat Spidey's Spider-Sense. Kraven doesn't fit into your hypothesis at all. As a matter of fact, your hypothesis is weak and rather elementary, so keep your B-Movie ideas to yourself.
Uh how about you re-insert your brain, and realize that Spidey turned into Man-Spider 3 times in the comic, the first in Marvel Fanfare, way before the 90s show existed4. Man-Spider?You....you are aware that Spider-Man comes from a comic right, and NOT that 90's TV show? Man-Spider.....just...step away fronm your desk and re-insert your brain....
I can't wait to see Venom's fans in grief come May 4th. And watch them go thru the stages of denial, anger, and grief.
Heck, some of them are already going thru it now![]()
No movie should EVER have ANYTHING after the credits.
sure do a little segemnt after the story but before the credits start but its just rediculous to have somthing after the credits.
hell why dont we put the credits in the middle and have the second half of the movie after the credits....
