After Credits Scene

I wasn't complaining, you misunderstood my meaning. When Barbossa and Norman showed up it was awesome. Ock needs to come back in the same wtf way. Just having him walk out of the water wouldn't have the same effect.

That's why the Master Planner storyline needs to be done. Best way to show Octavius is still around.

Exactly! Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge Doc Ock supporter. I really want him to be brought back for a 4th, 5th or whenever and however they try bringing him back. IF it's done the right way. And that way would be awesome

That's why I said

"after the credits it goes to the pier, and says "TWO YEARS AGO", or re-show the ending of SP2 (Of him and MJ swinging away) and then have Doc Ock coming out of the water. But I'd like it more if his tentacle lights came back of and the tentacles started to save him."

It's not going to be 2 years after Spider-Man 2. The most it'll be is 6 months or so. Why would Harry wait around for 2 years to plot his revenge against Peter? Makes no sense.

The only way they could tie this is maybe is someone mentioning that they never found Ock's body in the river. The cops mention it or something.

Wait, why do people think it's 2 years later?? That's the SM-1 to SM-2 gap, folks.

The SM-2 to SM-3 gap is supposed to be ALOT shorter, from what Sam and Tobey have been saying. As in just a few months.

I think that scene would work better at the beginning of Spider-man 4, and have an after the credits scene of Ock just standing in the cell next to Sandy in 3. Or, you could have Ock explaining to Sandy how he survived, and have the flashback while he's talking. Regardless, the flashback should wait till SPider-man 4.

that's a better idea than mine... :P

i just think it'd be cool as an ending scene to be watched the water beside the peir... a few ducks float by ( :P ), then suddenly a tentical pops out and quickly grabs the peir and instantly the camera shuts off.

... kind of like that Harry looking over the edge of the balcony and the claw coming up moment... have it frightening. ;)

Yeah. That sounds good.

your actually kind of right, the way norman showed up at the end of spidey2 was great so why not have ock appear out of no where or like in a jail like you said. the way norman showed up startled all of us fans when we saw him and not only that but it suprised us so i expect maybe the same suprise from ock showing up out of no where like norman did.

^He will not be back in jail. How can you keep a man in jail that has 4 strong metal tentacles attached to his back. I think you could have cops and divers on a boat, searching the lake for Ock's body, but it is not found. Have it in the paper in big letter as the last scene.

Peter and MJ are now married and they walk down the street holding hands, a police car buzzes bye. Peter smiles at MJ as she says "You're needed again Tiger." He kisses her and runs into the alley and out swings Spider-Man. A paper flies in the wind and hits the feet of a man. The Daily Bugle reads: "Mad Scientist's Body Not Found: Dr. Octopus Swims Past Police." The man picks up the paper and lowers his sunglasses, a long trench coat covering his body. He looks at Spider-Man and smiles.

That is about the only way I can see it logically going down for having Ock for a Sinster Six movie. If Sinister Six isn't going to happen, there is no point in bringing him back. I want other classic villians to have the spotlight before Sinister Six.

And what would be the point of showing that? "Hey guess what Doc Ock is back!!!" now the surprise is ruined for a "Master Planner" Story line.

Thats just cheese and horrible idea. Stop obsessing over it cus it'd be visually ticklish.

Using the word "Gay" in a derogatory manner is just as bad as calling me a Ni**er.

Do it again and expect to lose your account.

I can surely just make another account if I were to say that word again.

Calm down, idiot!

You think YOU have the authority to tell Sam whether or not to use a flashback? they do flashbacks ALL THE TIME in films... or have you just been sitting under a rock with only 2 DVDs (SM1 and 2) you're whole life?

GET A LIFE!!!
This made absolutely no sense. Calling me an idiot (very uncalled for) and then ranting about how Sam uses Flash backs "all the time in films? Then telling me to get a life?

Hm. I think you need to pop a few more nuts before your balls drop low enough to stand up to a real adult in a real adult conversation.

Be-Gone child.

Anyone else feel like going back to grade school level tactics to speak about this topic?

I can surely just make another account if I were to say that word again.

The Mods would know it was you and would ban the other account. Then they'd make it so your IP address is blocked from registering. Now, do you really want that?

Nah. Thats against the rules. And if you tried to come back under another account, SuperHeroHype will be quick to make sure your IP number is banned from the entire website.

that means no SSH viewing , no Board surfing. Nothing.

So stop trying to be a rebel.

You're speaking to someone whose been here since 99

Exactly. What I wouldn't give to see the "Spidey lifts the mass of junk on top of him in the water" scene. You know Raimi would do it, too!

As for what was being discussed earlier in the topic: even if it's "confirmed" that Brock dies in the film, I remain optimistic. Kasady in the cell-next-door would be nice, but I hate Carnage, so no actual Symbiote-ing of Kasady for me. I'll be fine if he dies in the film, as long as the Symbiote dies, too. So we don't get that "Symbiote on others" crap that the comics are currently doing.

I want Ock to return, badly. I also want Brock to return as Venom at one point. He's Spidey's toughest villain in some ways, being a stronger doppleganger who knows Peter's identity and is insane. In the right hands, Venom is very strong, and he can really mentally wreck Peter.

And Doc Ock, Venom's my favorite Spidey villain, and I'm more-than-pleased with how Venom's being portrayed in the film. Raimi's using the best parts. I just hope the spider-symbol is white, as other promo material shows (maybe the Medicom figure is early). Venom's a great villain for my money, but I'm an even bigger fan of the Symbiote saga, pre-Venom. Such a great storyline!

If you've been here since 99, then why dose it say that you joined in nov 2005?
I agree with what you said though.

Josh, no offense but are you trying to be thick? If he's been here since '99 but his joining date says 2005, what do you think he must have done?? Its a very simple question that any idiot can answer.

Woah................. back off, it was just a question.

Lay off the n00b guys lol

I got banned a few times and I was allowed to come back as I am a "Cool" pain in the ass to the mods (some of which are cool with me) and I actually speak some validity from time to time.
