AICN is ripping the Teaser apart. One has to ask what are their motives?

Four words that will forever make studios ignore fanboyism sites like AICN that think that they can influence a movie. "Snakes on a Plane".

Movie should have been PG-13 but because New Line listened to internet sites like AICN they missed out on their audience. The movie tracked that males under 25 wanted to see the movie. We'll that weekend the under 17 audience went to see Universals "Accepted".

I love AICN Talkback, the funniest bunch of geekish fanboys on the web. Sure, they seem to hate everything including their parents, but it's all in good fun. Sometimes, you can even find truth within the madness, but you have to be able to dig deep. Besides, I see little difference between them and some of the people here, except you're less funny and way too serious. We talk sh:t about a certain comic book movie, yet, we're the first ones in the theaters on opening day with our MONEY in hand...just like them.

Oh, one more thing, at least they don't love a certain movie and then 2 to 3 months later start calling it OVERRATED, because it's the cool thing to do. At least they hate the sh:t from the start and remain consistant.

The pot calling the kettle black is not the case b/c AICN is easily the worst message board/Talkback on the net,sure sHH has it's moments as well but just check out the recent TF trailer thread or indeed the FF2 teaser thread here and compare it with the AICN one

You know it's sad that we give them poeple over at that site power by feeding into their negativity. It just makes me angry to see an agenda at work. Yeah I respect others opinion, but it's extremly obvious that their's more going on here then simple nonfavorable reaction and opinions. Most of the posts are negative and range from such asinine comments like "the SS is to silver, he's silver and not chrome, the cgi is bad and so forth. I can accept honesty, but when most of the posts are negative it raises an eyebrow. Now Harry hasn't commented on both the Surfer and the teaser so i won't rip directly into him, but all that negativity is very suspect.

BUT, if the fanboys on AICN were giving positive reviews about the trailer you wouldn't complain about them.

You really need to read the talkback for the trailer, as it's hardly 'always negative', you are talking hyperbole here and it's not warranted.

You cannot use threads on a 'fantastic four' forum on a 'superhero' website and compare their positiveness to a general movie/entertainment site. Please think that one through, of course the latter will be more negative as the fanboy level is considerably lower.

I figured I'd give the fat slob one more chance but honestly there's nothing but huge improvement from when the project first started, to the addition of the SS, and now to the footage we've seen.

And no Redhasnoclue I'm not a blind bias dbag. I've said a thousand times that the first film was medicore and nothing more. Find a post where I've said anything other than that.

AICN talkback has a much higher quota of unpleasent,crass morons than SHH and i never said that this site was necessarily more positive in general just they articulate their opinions(negative or positive) much better than the AICN ppl

I just find it funny that he's always quick to jump on anything negative but when there's something positive that surprises him he suddenly gains patience and sits back to wait to see how it pans out and let's others using his site as a mosh pit. Remember how fast Harry was to pounce on Tim Story when the sequel was quickly greenlit, and then how he had little confidence in the sequel, and the non-stop negativity. Now something pretty positive comes out...and nothing not even a comment. Not one comment on the bootleg trailers, not one comment on the sS pic, and nothing on the quicktime trailer. I messaged him online and he responded (regarding the bootleg trailer-non blurry) that he still couldn't tell. Even though it was a bit dark it was obviously a solid first teaser and the f/x were great. Then the quicktime one comes out...he stops responding to messages.

Again I've done enough exposing the corrupt nature of that site and realize he's not gonna change. I as well as others let it get to us. It's just when something is said that is undeserved...

If AICN though I was on their ****list before...lol not even close. I'm gonna have fun with this if it continues.

You realize this thread is about the talkback members and their negative reactions to the trailer, and not Harry personally right? In fact I don't think he has even mentioned a thing about the trailer.

Maybe you are the one with ulterior motives and want to turn this into a Harry bashing thread where you can throw personal insults around at him by calling him a 'fat slob' like some kind of grade schooler.
