Alcohol thread

I like both, and there is a time and a place for each.

After way too much searching, I was only able to locate 4 bottles of Bourbon County. 2 in Maryland and 2 in Philadelphia. Hooray for crossing 3 states in search of beer

I find it incredible in this day and age when producers don't offer delivery.

saw a big can of coors light/lite today... that's the closest to alcohol i've been since new years haha

Last night was 2 years since I've had a drop of alcohol. I haven't been able to say anything like that since before I was a teenager. I celebrated last night by getting really, stupidly stoned and chilling with some good friends and came home and watched a bunch of King of The Hill. I will admit, I really miss drinking. Especially making some good, stiff drinks. I loved cocktails. White Russians, Bloody Marys, Vodka Martinis, Gimlets, Michelada. Even just a good Irish Car Bomb or Jager Bomb. And, oh my god I miss wine and beer so much too. Ugh lol. No more for me though. Gonna be that way for the forseeable future as well.

I enjoy beer. The worst beer I have ever had was Big Black Voodoo Daddy. Nastiest beer I have had the misfortune to drink. Saltwater tasted two times better than it. My favorite beer is a tie between Bitburger and Heineken.

I just wanna say that 1800 Tequila has the stupidest bottle for any drink ever.

It's not twist off. You have to hold it upside down, fill the shot glass top and then flip the bottle back over and pull the top off. If you do it right you'll be fine, even though that's way too much effort. If you do it wrong you'll spill tequila everywhere.

It has been a very long time since I've had the desire for any sort of hard liquor, so these days I just stick with beer. Even then, it's only on rare occasions. Alcohol doesn't really tickle my fancy anymore.

I miss the student/mid 20's days. I used to go out like 3 times a week and get hammered.

Nowadays, a hangover lasts like 2-3 days! Ugh.

Nothing like getting black-out-drunk and doing dumb ****. I miss it.

I remember going to church one day and the msa bro, I think he was VP at the time said that heaven is gonna have rivers with flowing wine.

 I was invited to go out tonight but I went out Wednesday. I am getting old.

HAHA the 30 y/o that already feel washed :)

Edit : I just bought a bottle of Double Black Label from J Walker, will taste it soon.

Edit 2 : tasting done. It's good, very drinkable, taste is good, grilled / smoked aroma. As for the price/quality ratio I assumed better for the Black Label is already really good for the price ( the 2 black is a bit more expensive ).

two summers ago I was in this summer class and during break some guys were talking about how you can smoke alcohol. man, can't imagine that'd be good for you.

I just finished up a yummy bottle of an Australian chardonnay.
I haven't refilled my growler in a bit. I think DC United is all out of them, not a one to be found on their web site. That 70% off sale did them in.
