Aliens Vs Predator

Is this Predalien gonna be a 'good' alien/pre or is it gonna be the main ' bad guy' in this film??? If that pic is what its gonna look like,its lookin' pretty good so far..
I'm kindof looking forward to this movie to bad its not gonna be out until end of year..

even though its a crossbreed, its still an alien, and so will be on the aliens "side." and to the previous poster, the predalien will 100% definately be in the new movie.

i love how the aliens take on partial aspects of their host organisms. if this movie takes off right where the last one ended then i'm guessing that this hybrid is going to be the main villan, and its going to have all of the aliens ferocity and the predators strength. should be cool.

Another reason to make me think the lone predator i nthis movie will have to be a superbadass predator to fight who knows how many aliens plus this hybrid that will definitely be stronger than the regular aliens. I wonder if he will have some of the predator's cunning. I mean if he has the predator's strenth plus his agility mixed with all his alien defensive and offensive traits then the predator will have an almost impossible challenge.

Another thing is that in every movie so far the predator always dies at the end, will it be the same in this one or will we get to see the first predator that walks victorius with his trophies of war.

The synopsis leak states as much, and even though official confirmation is lacking it's what's been heavily insinuated in the interviews. So I'd have to say "yes". Same goes for the Yaujta-xenomorph hybrid. I just don't think they're going to have a newbie Pred against so many aliens, and with no Predalien in sight.

In fact in Alien 3, Ripley makes a comment about the Alien making a meal out of the inmates.
There is a species of wasp that stings, paralyses and lays it's eggs in a spider. The hatching wasps. then consume the spider and go into a cacoon to transform into adult wasp. I seem to remember the original creators using this as an idea for creating the Alien creature's life cycle.

i would love to see the pred live through this. they showed a predator that had been here during the 1800's in predator 2 so we know at least one came here and lived. you would think they would stop coming here if they never returned.

aliens eating metal was mentioned by ridley scott for Alien (commentary) not as crazy as you think!

Well, to be fair: in the original concept the alien cocooned people as an alternate method of producing other aliens. They even filmed a sequence insinuating that much that was cut. Certain elements haven't really carried over as well as others.

My point is this Preds are lone warriors. I know they would kill humans for skull collecting but i always liked how they seemed like the kill honor driven wise. In my opinion One predator means he should kick serious as humans and aliens.
Scar was a rookie. From what i hear this new pred is a veteran killer. Besides no matter how many aliens attack he can always blow himself and them to hell.
I think Terminator v/s Predator would be so cool. I always wanted to see the alies secodn mouth ripped out its throat. That would be cool if a pred grabbed it and pulled his green throat out or pulled his head clean off.
I am just Pred fan over an alien one.

Well...there's also a lot of sexual references in the movie that were a little more hidden than "deleted sequences" can be, such as...well, look at H. R. Giger's other works for the sordid details.

On a more direct note, there was also a pyramid concept in the very first film. Originally, the Space Jockey scratched a triangle that the crew traced to a structure outside the derelict ship. Kane was to be lowered into the remains of the ancient pyramid and find an altar complete with the xenomorph eggs and a heiroglyph depicting its life cycle. It was eventually scrapped, but it was present.

The new title is goofy.

Now, obviously they're playing off the fact that Aliens was the sequel to Alien. The difference, though, is that THAT made sense. Alien dealt with a single alien. Aliens dealt with, oh, about 157, counting the queen.

But now consider these films. The first film, titled Alien vs. Predator, focused most of its plot on about 13 to 15 aliens fighting 3 predators. Now the sequel, Aliens vs. Predator, is focusing mostly on THREE aliens fighting ONE predator...

Are we seeing how the logic here is nonexistent?

If they make a third one, I fully expect that it will be titled Aliens vs. Predators, and will deal with ONE alien fighting ONE predator, just to leave us even more baffled.

Though the fact the number of Aliens and Predetors has decreased does kind of make it seem like a bad title.

In the games werent there some Aliens that were engineered by humans? They even had metallic parts ( legs , arms etc ) on them. Looked pretty cool back in the day. Would be awesome if the Predalien could turn invisible without using a cloaking device! Chameleon anyone?
