I've always felt the Vision and the Martian Manhunter each fill the same role in their respective teams.

Jason and Bucky have little in common besides the fact that they were sidekicks and they happened to be resurrected around the same time, though. Jason was very antagonistic towards Batman, Bucky and Cap were the best of pals; Jason was reckless and impetuous, Bucky was highly skilled and actually as effective a soldier as Cap was; Jason died for selfish, stupid reasons, Bucky died a hero saving lives. I think their differences far outweigh their similarities.

BP is definetely marvel's Batman....

As with every other character, it depends on what you're comparing. BP is the closest to Batman overall, but other characters have more similarities to him in other areas. Plus, I think there's actually been a conscious effort to push BP into a "Marvel's Batman" kind of reputation, beginning with Priest's series.

My point was that, time travelers are common in, comics in general. Damn near every character in both Marvel and DC have had a time travel story at one point or another. So that being the parallel between the two characters just seems kinda forced really. Every character doesn't have a counter part.
