I hope this game surprises me in a good way.I really want it to be as good as they are hyping it up to be.

Was at the Carl's Jr in Glendale, CA. Played the game on PS3, the looks beautiful. Web rush appears to be something you can do at will, got to beat up some thugs as well as Rhino. I was doing a little roaming and was able to talk to civilians which was cool. The interesting thing was Spidey sounds like Josh Keaton(not sure if this was mentioned). Got a chance to talk to one of reps and they said it's same demo that will be played at E3. All in all the plays pretty well. The demo was excellent to me and just about everyone who played it really enjoyed it, even if they weren't gamers

Nothing is confrimed yet guys, simer down. Dont go crazy just yet, if it isnt and its confrimed then ill be mad but get someone else from a ceratain animted series or something.

How was the swinging compared to other Spider-man games? How was the combat?

Web swinging was very fluent very quick and smooth, had those effects like Spider-Man 2 with the blur from swinging.
Combat was pretty amazing with only one signature move I was able to execute

The swinging is gorgeous. The camera angles and Spider-Man's movements (like running along walls without losing momentum) really shine and give great fluidity to the whole aspect of swinging. It's simply put...Amazing. Really happy about that. Now I just need to see combat...

Indeed, I was there for about an hour watching the combat style intensely, the only thing I didn't see was some kind of finishing move but still too early to tell with not having all his combat moves unlocked

I thought I was gonna bring something new to the table. I liked that interview. It's interesting how they approach the role of Peter Parker. The first person camera for Peter Parker was a great choice because it keeps the player immersed in the role of Spider-Man.

Sounds great. so were there many repeated animations for the combat, or did he punch in a different direction and do kicks and flips and use his webs etc. Sorry for all the questions, but you are the only one who has actually played the game so I am curious.
