I'm kinda bummed that it won't be Andrew because it's based on the movie Spidey being played by him. But if the VA ends up being Keaton...I will be totally accepting of that decision. He's awesome and proven himself several times over as a great voice for Spidey.

It was a bunch of stuff. Kept getting into arguments, mostly with mods.

He's reading this thread and just informed me that I'm making him seem like a bigger ass hole than he was. He got banned for calling someone a dick on the batforums for insulting a newer user, and then he got permabanned for arguing with a mod about his punishment.

Well tell him that I remember him from these boards and never thought he was an a-hole. He was a fun poster from what I can remember.

Josh Keaton is suitable.

I mean, granted, this game will be a tie-in to the film, but it also is starting its own continuity and events that won't be featured and/or mentioned in the films, so it's totally fine if Gwen Stacy doesn't look exactly like Emma Stone, or if Peter Parker/Spider-Man doesn't sound like Andrew Garfield. Besides, my second favorite voice actor for Spidey and the younger of the two as the voice is aces.

CDB is great, but he doesn't fit this incarnation. Fingers crossed for Josh Keaton!

In those gameplay videos it kinda sounded like Josh, but in some parts somewhat different, almost like Drake Bell. Though, those were just random grunts and it was cam footage so it's really hard to tell a voice actor from those. But one would think Beenox has enough love towards Spidey to not cast Drake lol

anyway, the gameplay from combat to web swinging looks good as hell I haven't been really that hyped lately, but now this got me excited again

the swinging still looks off.. spidey's movements dont look fluid enough either especially when compared to nightwing in arkham city. In other clips, I'm a l ittle disappointed in the wall crawling. it doesnt look like he's crawling but looks like he's gliding over walls like he has no weight and there's no friction. Will have to see more of this game.

I think it looks pretty nice, but it was clear that it was some random guy playing for the first time. The only grip I've found is that the Rhino fight looks too easy, but pretty spectacular.

The most awesome thing is when he destroys the last robot, jumping in slow-mo from the explosion, with the suit ripped off, and landing in some wing or something to prevent a strong impact to the ground... AMAZING.

One thing I'm not liking is going into first person to do the web rush. It'll slow what should be a fast and kinetic experience. I'm hoping you don't have to use that too much.

As of now, I'll be waiting for a pre-owned copy to hit the shelves.

I like the camera angle. The Rhino fight looks impressive and I think the camera helps with that. He's actually running at you rather than an avatar somewhere on the screen. Graphics are nice. Spidey looks a bit like he's flying while in the air though. His 'swinging' is clearly happening completely independent of the environment and you can see him floating to catch up with the robot.
