Though, it also seems like there will be at least one villain who's an animal first, mixed with human DNA (the opposite of Rhino and Lizard). I don't know how I feel about that.

Is anyone bothered by the fact this game is coming out before the movie, while the game's story-line occurs after the movie?

I didn't mind the trailer, but IGN's player kept ****ing up and the screen kept getting fuzzy so I never got a real good look at the graphics. I like the idea behind Rhino. I had never thought of/heard of a Rhino that was actually part rhino! I like it. It's new, unique, and contributes to the movie in a bit seeing as how he is connected to The Lizard's creation.

The belt is okay. It doesn't really do anything for or against the suit. It has an interesting design but it's too clunky looking compared to the skin-tight suit. I do like that the combat looks like free-flow and that he actually uses his webs for a lot. It's nice.

I'm still remaining hopeful, but I need to see straight-up gameplay before I decide.

I doubt they're going to mention anything that'll ruin major points of the movie apart from obviously, the fact that the Lizard was a villain that was also born at Oscorp.

No, they're trying to show you the game and keep it for themselves.

Seriously though, I mostly agree. It looks more realistic (aside from the fact Spidey swings from NOTHING) but I don't see anything much different from other games. I'm still waiting for real gameplay to change my mind.

Spidey's swinging looks pretty stiff and slow.

I like in the combat however how Spidey attacks one guy and immediately after takes down another one in the same flow. Definitely looks AC to me.

Peter Parker is just as important as spider-man, the people he has a relationship with and the world around him is aswell. AC nailed that. You can truly tell rocksteady are batheads. Plus they gave us a preview and a ton of vids way before the release date. TASM game has rushed stamped all over it.

Considering we do not only see Peter Parker in Edge of Time, but also plays a role in the story, I'd say they do.
