This is a continuation thread, the old thread is [split]375657[/split]
Spidey's swinging looks pretty stiff and slow.
I like in the combat however how Spidey attacks one guy and immediately after takes down another one in the same flow. Definitely looks AC to me.
The belt doesn't bother me but I wonder...is the belt something you don't always have?
This is the first trailer/screenshots we've seen with a belt...all the previous ones had no belt. So maybe this is something you can purchase in the game and use? Or is it part of an upgrade?
I love how ppl keep finding new things to complain about lol.
I'm sure the webbing attaches to buildings. beenox knows fans want this. besides. not every single spidey game's trailer that shows of webswinging can u clearly visibly see what the weblines are attach to, even with SM2 the movie
Spidey's swinging through the city looks phenomenal
I totally saw Kraven in there. And I'm pretty sure that voiceover was Norman Osborn.
Spidey 62, why else include Morbius rather than some other scientist if not for villain potential?
To create Rhino...as he already stated.
BUT Morbius did not create Rhino in the comics. The game specifically chose him.
As a story-teller - even games have scripts - it makes absolutely no sense at all to introduce someone everyone knows to become a villain one day only to have him be some random scientist dude. He could have had any other name other than Morbius.
So once again, why is the scientist named Morbius and not John Doe if it's a really small part? He wouldn't be. It's Morbius because it's obviously going to lead into something big towards the end. And if it didn't - they would have just called him John Doe or some other scientist involved in Spidey's universe who doesn't become a villain. Just from a story point, it makes absolutely no sense to have Morbius without having Morbius and I highly doubt he'll be in ASM 2 - so, once again, why?

It's Morbius because it's obviously going to lead into something big towards the end. And if it didn't - they would have just called him John Doe or some other scientist name involved in Spidey's universe who doesn't become a villain. That would have been EASY. Just from a story point, it makes absolutely no sense to have Morbius without having Morbius and I highly doubt he'll be in ASM 2 - so, once again, why if they're not going to use him? Just for the name? I highly doubt it - some other scientist name would have accomplished a connection to the comics if that's all they wanted to do.
It's called changing fiction. Rhino was never actually part rhino in the comics, so why did they make him that way here? Because they wanted to change it up. They're most likely doing the same thing with Morbius. Morbius was always a doctor in the comics, so when they needed a scientist to create Rhino, they decided to put Morbius there as a cameo rather than putting "John Doe." I'm not saying he WON'T be a vampire at one point, but in case he isn't, I'm telling you why.
But, just story-telling, it wouldn't make sense. There are TONS of scientists in the Spider-Man universe, even our hero is a scientist so it didn't necessarily need to be Morbius. It could have easily been one of those guys if they wanted to establish a strong connection like that.
It's like saying there will be a hired gun in the Spider-Man game named Flint Marco, but he won't be the Sandman - he'll just be Flint Marco because they just wanted his name instead of some random other street thug.
That's exactly what I'm saying. It's a cameo, for the fans. It's just establishes their existence in the universe.
Of course, it could be more, sure, but as it stands, I'm standing by it being a cameo.
