If Black Cat does show up in the trailer, it would be cool if she had some sort of web rush equivilent in her arsenal in order to give her that competitive edge against spidey. Imagine how fun that would be to see the two of them engaging in high speed parkour style pursuits and fight scenes across the entire city.

According to ProjectPat over in the Game section, he just saw an advert for the game at Gamestop that said that if you preorder at Gamestop, you receive the Rhino Challenge which allows you to rampage NYC as The Rhino.

So...we get to play as Rhino.

Pretty much. I think it's foregone conclusion that Spidey fixes Conners Lizard problem. Wouldn't make too much sense just to undo that and go through largely the same thing that happened in the film.
