Absolutely. We're getting at least one more trailer in that time and the first of several hands-on previews start coming out with the first one being from GameInformer magazine. The digital version drops on May 8th.

A month is a long wait? Hardly. The game was announced in mid-October. It's been almost 7 months since then...a month is NOT a long time.

Yeah, unfortunately there wasn't any other info. It just said "play as Rhino as you rampage thru the streets of Manhattan." I'd most certainly prefer the latter and be able to play as Rhino once the story mode is complete, free roam and no time limit.

God dang it....I LOVE watching E3 on YouTube to be frank...one of the perks I actually look forward to during the summer. Does that make me sound like a total nerd? Probably does.

God dang it....I LOVE watching E3 on YouTube to be frank...one of the perks I actually look forward to during the summer. Does that make me sound like a total nerd? Probably does.

It's still ridiculous that it's less than 8 weeks until the game's release and we've hardly seen anything for ourselves. Almost all we have to go on is positive previews, and I've seen people write positive previews of demo footage and then see the same author write a scathing review.

I think the game will be good, but I expect to see more of a game by this point in its marketing cycle. It's especially annoying that this is the second time they've told us a trailer was on the way and then made us wait longer. Surely they knew by Wednesday or Thursday it wouldn't be out this week, so they should have told us.

It's still ridiculous that we have to wait until a mere 3 weeks before the game's release to get a significant first look at the game. It's so strange how much industry announcements revolve around E3. Games coming out next year might get really early looks just because of when E3 falls, but TASM is getting a really late look because of when it falls.

I agree man. It's difficult to keep remaining positive about the game especially since all we really have to go on are those reviews of the demo footage. Yeah, mostly all were positive but that doesn't mean squat unless I can review it for myself.

One thing I will point out is that all the trailers had actual gameplay footage in them. They were highly edited but it was still gameplay nonetheless. Again though, I agree, the game releases in less than 2 months and we should have gotten something a little more concrete. Oh well...not much we can do about it.

I wouldn't place blame on Dee Brown or Beenox for that matter when it comes to the marketing. It's mostly the fault of Activision and Sony. They decide what gets released and when. I'm sure Dee and the fellas at Beenox had that trailer all ready to go and the PR dept at either Activision or Sony shut it down. My guess is that they didn't want to release a game trailer the same day as the new movie trailer.

It sucks that we basically have to wait until E3 before we get to see some actual, hands-on, unedited gameplay but at least we ARE getting something. Then, if everything looks pretty good, we only have another two weeks or so and the game releases.

Dee Brown just answered a tweet on Twitter about the new stuff he said was coming this week. He responded by saying he's trying to get us something by NEXT week.
