I thought this was kind of an odd issue. fairly entertaining, but
it just felt out of place for me. The art work was good but Peter looks really old in this for some reason.

I just scanned that anyone else think he looks like he's near his 40's?
forget old man Logan here comes old man Parker

I have the issue right in front of me but I have yet to read it...

I love the Man-Thing though... so it'll be good.

:yay:

I skipped it 'cause of the art. Didn't appeal to me at all.

Just read it... a bit awkwards at time (the writing style), but a pleasant enough read.

I like that ol'muck monster.

:yay:

I bought it yesterday, but haven't read it yet. I'll write my review tommorow. :yay:

I'm a fan of Man-Thing, so I'll be checking this out

It was cool to see that they wrote it in with the current status quo in mind...

Haven't bought this, but that Stuart Moore was writing had me interested enough to look in here.

The main problem is those unnecessary lines added to his face. Works alright for Aunt May, but they're serving no purpose other than making him look older. In the first horizontal panel he looks positively heroin-addicted.

When I turned the page and he was eating lunch with Carlie I was was confused I wasn't expecting anyone to pop up really. And I agree there were a lot of awkward parts. I didn't feel like I was reading Peter Parker not cause of the dialog, but because the art made him look 40.

TMOB its good to see a thread where we're not arguing about OMD/BND
