An Action Figure Website

Look Alike?

Also we need a logo....decide on one and sombody get it....make it....draw it...whatever....we need a Mascot.

The guy I played in connect 4 was a tall bald guy who looked a lot like Jason Statham who I guess is going to be used in the next Hitman game for motion capture or something? Not sure, just repeating what my buddy told me.

I'd honestly like to use a logo that looks similar to a toy logo like Marvel Legends or Legendary Comic Book Heroes.

And mascot? Fat Frenchy.

Okay...somebody whip me up a quick collage of different figs....or take a pic of a group....but it needs to be random figs.

Saint.....I need you to do this.....cause Fat Frenchy Needs be in there.

Fat Frenchy...a Muppet, An ML...a Zombie....just a quick group shot to use as a filler for the time being.

That can wait for the time being...Fat Frenchy'll fly Solo for a bit.

Okay...so there is a coming soon page uploaded and stuff....

It should take 24-48 hours to be offcially up....

OK, give me the bits of what YOU all want with the logo and I guaran-damn-tee I'll have some sketch work tomorrow, if not tonight if it chills over here at works.

So the name of the site in bold dynamic letters. DONE.

Now, should they all be caps??? Liek which of these:

ACTION FIGURE HYPE

Action Figure Hype

Action Figure HYPE

???

Just do it the way you think it looks great and fits best....

Maybe Action for Legendary

Figure for Comic Book

and Hype for Heroes......something like that.

If you copy that logo at all or use it as inspiration, I would do Action really big (legendary), figure (comic book), hype (heroes).

I'll do one as almost an exact rip-off and a few others with a little FTB ****

Ok, here's a few ground rules I think should be set:

1. No mentioning other sites by name. We all have our roots from here and Fwoosh and elsewhere, so if there's any complaining about them, we keep it anonymous.
2. Forums should be run similarly to this one. No crazy signatures with pictures. It should be an easy to read and comfortable place to go.

...that's all I got.

Hee hee...I was completely thinking Chef too

He and the Pigs in Space are the only ones I have in my room right now.

But it's funny that you wanted Fat Frenchy, a zombie, a muppet, etc. Because my zombie collection is in here boxed up, my food fighters are, I happened to have muppets...

I fully agree. No complaining or b****ing at all. If you don't like something about a fig, or a fig/line/company in general we'll behave (unlike here, I know I am a culprit aswell) and not go on silly rants and so forth. Besides, if we wanna take a s*** on somethin' we'll always have these ol' stomping grounds.

I also want mods that don't take crap.

I don't mind wishlists, but I don't want threads like "we need to mass email hasbro". That **** should get locked immediately.

Rough, can you find the coding for a newsboard? I'm thinking something like marvelousnews.com's newsboard. Or like the newsboard at lordsofpain.net/index2.html.

I also want to approach Jin Saotome and the author of Short Packed to be part of the site.

I would have no issue with featuring Jin's work on the site.
