It's just an intro used, and no I don't think they should mainly because the Avengers have already been born, and also because who would say it without it being cheesy.

The only way I can hear it being said is Ultron mockingly.

Technically google to get it right, but I've been reading some old Avengers comics and watching Avengers EMH on Netflix, so I was inspired to post this.

I always thought they should have added that piece at the end of the first Avengers during the montage, but that's just me.

Some comic book quotes/lines work better in a comic book, or quoted in a teaser trailer or opening credit scene than they do as actual scene dialogue. That is one of them.

If this was their first movie you could use it, but the Avengers have been born already so it's makes no sense for the sequel. Anyway it sounds too corny.
