Any good G.I. Joe PC game mods out there?

I've been looking all over the net and have yet to find any G.I. Joe game mods. For a franchise so long running, you'd think there'd be something out there. I'd love to see a Half-Life 2 mod, or a Command & Conquer mod...

If a G. I. Joe doll says it has "eagle eyes," what exactly is it refering to?Also....when the characters on the show shout something that sounds kind of like "Goooo Joe!" is it "go" that they're saying, or is it something else like "yo" or a very strangley pronounced "G. I.?"
