Starship Troopers didn't really need a sequel unless it had as big of a budget as the first had.
Return Of The Living Dead didn't need sequels but I still liked parts 2 & 3 although the first stood on its own.
Darkman didn't need any sequels.
Texas Chainsaw Massacre didn't need any sequels although I like 5 out of the 6 movies there have been so far. The Next Generation is the one that shouldn't have been.
