Movies You Wish Were Made

Roger Rabbit 2.

He was supposed to take on the nazis during WW2, but it was canned because Disney thought it was too dark.

When was the last time they did an animation/real life motion picture? Last one I can recall would have been that Cool World. And I'm not talking about CGI like that Chimpmunk crap.

Arrested Development: The Movie
The Matrix 4
Back to the Future 4
A Christmas Story 2 (not the "official sequel" that came out recently)

I would like to see a biopic about Doctor King's children. We hear so often about Doctor King but not really about the people nearest him. Plus, it would be great to give non white actors a chance to win oscars next year.

Besides Life of Pi and the foreign movie award it's a bit mono cultural. But oh well.

Also that R rated Bioshock movie would still be appreciated!

One movie I had always wish would get made but never thought I would see is currently going into production.

Arnold Schwarzenegger starring as King Conan!

Another movie I have long wanted to see get made but doubt I ever will. A live action film adaptation of Harvard Lampoon's Bored Of The Rings. That would be just hilarious.

Another one I doubt will ever happen, a follow up to the 1979 animated adaptation of The Lord Of The Rings. I mean, sure, you've got the animated adaptation of Return Of The King which was done in the same style, and by the same people, who did the animated Hobbit movie. But I would've loved to have seen the story done in a more "grown up" style, by the Lord Of The Rings animators with rotoscoping. Granted, you gotta love that orc marching song.

"Where there's a whip (crack!)
There's a way.
Where there's a whip (crack)!
There's a way

We don't wanna have to go to war today,
But the man with the lash says 'Nay nay nay'!
We're gonna march all day, all day, all day!

Where there's a whip there's a way"

I'd kinda like to see what Roger Rabbit would be like today, or at least back in the 1980's. With all the newer cartoons out since the time the original film was set, what would Toon Town be like? Added to all the Warner Brothers and Disney classics, there's now various adaptations of numerous superheroes, Transformers, Smurfs, Snorks, Care Bears, and my all time favorites, Thundarr, Princess Ariel, and Ookla The Mok.

Then the question would be, is Roger getting framed again? Or is it someone else? Baby Herman? Jessica maybe? And if it is to be set in more modern times, who would the human straight man be? Eddie Valiant's son? Grandson?

Hulk 2/Incredible Hulk 2
Freddy Vs Jason 2
Live action Go-Bots
Voltron
Beavis & Butthead live action
Raimi's Spider-Man 4

Uncharted
Blade 4 (With Wesley Snipes - More of a Rebirth)
Hellboy 3
Deadpool (Marvel)
Darth Maul prequel

Freddy vs. Jason vs. Ash

I respectfully disagree. I think Roger Rabbit is very much a product of his time (or rather, the time-frame he was set in). I just can't imagine Jessica Rabbit in a modern-day, post-feminism setting. And Eddie would be dead or senile by now too. Just my opinion of course, but I can't see a modern-day Roger Rabbit working.

The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier & Clay

Mallrats 2
Jay and Silen Bob Strike Back 2
LOST feature film

Rameses the Damned(i.e. The Mummy)
All the rest of Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles done in the same quality as IWTV
A true 616 Hulk origin movie and not that blasphemy we got in 2003.

Ledger Joker in a third Batman movie.

Brandon Lee Crow in a second Crow film.

Freddy vs. Jason vs. Ash

I can't believe I actually forgot about this. I so wanted a Freddy vs. Jason 2(either with or without Ash). But I actually tried writing a script for that back in 2003/2004. Also,I really wanted a dark Silence of the lambs type Nightmare prequel with Robert as Freddy.

Clerks III
Clerks: Sellout (Animated film)

Supposedly, Smith might be making Clerks 3. I had forgotten all about the Clerks: Sellout animated movie he talked about. That would've been great. The animated series was fantastic.

Directed by Quentin Tarantino.

YES!

I feel like I wouldn't want another Freddy vs. Jason film without Ash. Even if it sucked, Ash would make it more enjoyable IMO.

I think he confirmed Clerks 3, saying it would be his last film ever. Really sad about that.

I just bought the Clerks: Animated Series DVD set, and I love it. Its a shame it never made it past 6 episodes. Just glad all of them were released on DVD. Too bad he never got to make his animated movie.

Big screen adaptation of the series 'V', not that stupid re-imaging from a few years back and something that would make people forget Independence Day.
