I think both IF and LC should have one more season before merging to become a Heroes for Hire show.
That's what I'd do. Assuming that all shows get a second season, here's what I'd like to see happen.
2018
Jessica Jones Season 2 - Since the only things left to mine are Scott Lang's failed romance with Jessica (which won't happen due to Paul Rudd filming Ant-Man and the Wasp in Georgia and California at the same exact time that JJ Season 2 films in New York) and Jessica's time as a reporter for the Daily Bugle (which won't happen since JJ Jameson and Joe Robertson haven't been cast yet) and her only other enemy is Green Goblin (who can be the big bad for an entire phase of films and won't be wasted here), I want to see JJ Season 2 offer equal screen time to Misty and Colleen. Both characters have earned it and Simone Missick and Jessica Henwick have earned the goodwill of fans and critics alike. Use Celia Riccadonna as the villain. Make this show effectively Daughters of the Dragon where Jessica, Misty and Colleen have to team up but Jessica finds herself pregnant with Luke's baby. It needs a lighter tone than Season 1 since Jessica will have already managed to face her abuser and then save New York from The Hand.
Daredevil Season 3 - Base it on the Bullseye stuff from Frank Miller's run along with Miller's Born Again, Brian Bendis' Out and Ann Nocenti's Touch of Typhoid and add in Karen's death from Guardian Devil. Go as dark as possible with it and bring Matt Murdoch to his lowest point. Have him lose his law practice and have his identity leaked. Get Finn Jones to cameo for one episode where he wears Daredevil's costume to protect Matt's identity. And use Bullet as an additional antagonist.
Luke Cage Season 2 - The cliffhangers need to be addressed. We need to see Diamondback become Coldfire and hopefully also bring in more of Burnstien's creations in Atlas and Warhawk. Focus on Luke's newfound role as a family man and have it pointed out that even though he's invincible, he now has to defend the other people in his life. We also need to meet Shades' estranged teenage son, Victor and there will hopefully also be a subplot with Hector Ayala becoming White Tiger then dying and his sister taking over.
2019
Iron Fist Season 2 - Base it on Claremont's Steel Serpent arc, Fraction/Aja's The Last Iron Fist Story and Swierczynski's The Mortal Iron Fist. Begin the series with a motion comic drawn in a style inspired by Chinese calligraphy with Danny doing voice over depicting the battle with Shou Lao. Episode 1 has Danny stumble upon Colleen's estranged father Lee who's an archeologist who also happens to have The Book of Iron Fist with him which fails to list a death date for a previous Iron Fist along with the learning that being the Iron Fist technically makes you immortal. Zhou Cheng kills Bokuto on Gao's orders and Joy's plot to hire Steel Serpent backfires when he kills Ward and frames Danny for it. The last shot is that of the previous Iron Fist. Episode 2 has Danny put on the costume to hide his identity if he didn't get it during Season 1 of Defenders. We learn over the course of the season that Danny is only one of seven Immortal Weapons and the K'un-Lun disappeared after being invaded by The Hand as a means of protecting itself since they were betrayed by Gao who reveals herself as the Crane Mother who commands all Immortal Weapons. She's been using The Hand as a means of taking control of all seven cities. Joy's arc involves her atoning for her actions for the entire season. The season ends with the penultimate episode featuring a rematch against Zhou Cheng where he reveals that he's killed every previous Iron Fist for the past several centuries aside from Danny and Orson and we may not see Chi'Lin pup out of his neck for budget reasons but we do see him pop out of his chest for a second or two and he dies at the end of the episode. The finale has a battle in some abandoned subway tunnels where Steel Serpent kills off both Joy and Orson and Danny is paralyzed by the Bride of Nine Spiders' poison to the point where he's helpless to stop. Gao challenges Danny to fight the other Immortal Weapons in K'un-L'un and to bring friends, setting up Defenders Season 2.
Punisher Season 2 - Haven't seen Punisher Season 1 yet so I have no idea where the series is going.
Defenders Season 2 - Base it on Seven Capital Cities of Heaven. Defenders vs Immortal Weapons. Colleen Wing vs Dog Brother, Luke Cage vs Fat Cobra, Daredevil vs Prince of Orphans, Misty Knight vs Tiger's Beautiful Daughter, Jessica Jones vs Bride of Nine Spiders and a rematch between Iron Fist and Steel Serpent. Not only do Gao and The Hand want K'un-L'un but Xao and HYDRA are also involved (helped by Nu-An secretly working out a deal with HYDRA to fight off The Hand) and launch a sneak attack in the final round. Danny is eliminated quickly from the tournament which frees him up to discover that not all is as it seems and as he unravels the mystery of who his father was and what was his connection to K'un-L'un, Danny winds up being the only one who can save the day. The first episode is the only one filmed in NYC, the rest would be shot in a warehouse with sets and CGI filling in for K'un-L'un. Davos becomes K'un-L'un's new protector after he betrays The Hand and Orson Randall's daughter Sparrow becomes the new Thunderer after Lei-Kung becomes the new Yu-Ti.
Elektra Season 1 - Elektra escapes a South American prison and heads to Washington DC to defeat the Hand's most powerful member... the newly elected President Ken Wind. Film it in Washington DC and make this why Elektra isn't in Defenders Season 2. Have Deathlok replace John Garret since not only is the latter dead, so is the actor who plays him.
2020
Roll Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist into Heroes for Hire with Misty and Colleen rounding out the main cast. Use Chemistro or Nightshade as the villain. The three other series for the year are Daredevil Season 4, Moon Knight and Shang-Chi.
Daredevil Season 4 needs to involve Mister Fear who finally manages at the end to completely break Matt Murdock. Matt Spends much of Season 3 getting his secret identity back but a corrupt prosecutor with a grudge knows the truth and manages to drive Melvin Potter and Matt's new love interest Milla Donovan crazy. Matt winds up joining The Hand and leading their operations in New York.
Moon Knight would be a psychological thriller that often has Mister Knight speaking directly to the audience while giving fireside chats to clarify plot points in scenes filmed in black and white since anything that happens in the series is liable to be retconned as a delusion.
Shang-Chi needs to be a stand alone series but also to acknowledge that Agents of SHIELD is still canon. It's where I'd bring Mockingbird and Lance Hunter back into the MCU and have it deal with the fallout of Doctor Strange despite otherwise being the most grounded MCU series to date. A young cage fighter turned SHIELD agent needs to investigate a Hong Kong triad only to find out that he was adopted and is related to their leadership. The Si Fan would consist of Zheng Zu, Zheng Fah Lo Suee, Zheng Yidong Yinying and M'Nai, the latter of whom was adopted from Africa after Zheng Zu thought that Shang Chi was dead. And they also hired Taskmaster to help defend themselves from SHIELD.
2021
Defenders Season 3 - Adaptation of Shadowland where Matt Mudock's allies (including Moon Knight) need to save him from himself.
Punisher Season 3 - Drawing blanks since I haven't seen Season 1 yet.
Elektra Season 2 - Set in Tokyo where Elektra searches for her true parents and fights Nina McCabe who's a former friend turned member of The Hand.
New Series. Not sure what since by now Blade and Ghost Rider should be airing on another network. Possibly White Tiger. Possibly Echo. Possibly Marvel will have a new gritty street level hero who can sustain a series.
