how did you make the chest peice. I have a pretty kickass hellboy costume started myself.

I just found the chest piece on ebay. I think its from a lucifer halloween costume.

cool, my buddy actually snagged me one of your hellboy wrist gaurds, good stuff. Im eagerly awaiting my new samaritan to complete the outfit. How are you going aout doing the make up?? Im gonna be casting my head next month and making a full prosthetic.

Awesome! Sounds like quite the undertaking. I look forward to seeing what you come up with! I'm still not sure exactly how I'm going to achieve mine. Probably custom made prosthetics and face paint. I already have the massive sideburns made from real human hair. I also made my own Hand of Doom with symbols that actually light up. Pics coming soon!

any ideas for the left hand?? I tried red makeup last year, but even with a sealer it rubbed off pretty quickly.

Dunk it in a bucket of red Rit Dye. It will be red for a week! Just don't get caught red handed. Ha! oooh that was lame.

I have one of the original Samaritans I plan to list on ebay as the movie nears. It's brand new still in the shipping container. I'm also selling it with a custom made green tracker bullet that actually lights up and a custom made speed loader. Here are some pics.

decided to do a bit of a dress rehearsal the other night, still some things im not finished on the costume, but heres how its lookin so far.

Sorry for the crappy cell pics, i didnt have my digital cam. Just for the sake of not getting dirty i didnt paint my neck either.

I casted my face and made a life cast of it and then sculpted hellboys features over mine, then I made a mold of it that I used to make my latex appliance with.

if anyone cares, heres my freinds abe costume so far. I made this whole thing for him. I still have to add the gills and fins, but other wise its pretty close to being done.

Those costumes are both top-notch! Is very good stuff. I know if I were to see Hellboy or Abe while out-and-about I would most certainly squee and giggle to myself.
