Apocalypto

^^ Braveheart is his best work IMO and the trailer looks good

You mean...no Mad Max:Fury Road?

*Wipes tears from eyes and begins to shake uncontrollably*

And yes, Mel Gibson is indeed THE MAN!!!

i was hoping there would be some dialog...............you know......

to explain the story......

*sigh*

I'll watch it, but the first time I see any SLO-MO, I'll walk out.

He's nuts.

... so you didnt get the story by watching the trailer?

Even before Mel went on his jew-hating rampage, I had my doubts about the film. Not that I don't think it could be good, but just for the simple fact that I don't now how much faith I have in American audiences to actually "get it". He got away with it for Passion of the Christ because. . . . .IT'S CHRIST!! Yeah, it thankfully had subtitles, but at the end of the day. . . .IT'S CHRIST!! Of course people are gonna show up to see it! A vast majority of people live their lives based on the messages of this man. He's the son of GOD! Granted, the Nativity Story will fail, because one, it's coming AFTER we've already had Passion of the Christ, and two, no one cares about BABY jesus, 'cept maybe Ricky Bobby!

But this? Is the subject matter really gonna be intriguing to the public? Are they really going to want to think as hard as they'll need to to understand the story, assuming Mel's still planning on forgoing subtitles this time around? That's a lot of faith to ask of the moviegoing public.

I thought the trailer looked great. I'm excited to see this.

The trailer has some stunning visuals but nothing about the movie looks all that interesting to me

I can't believe some people don't find the Mayans interesting. This looks to be a great film.

Looks great! Mel continues to be a good filmmaker. I'll be there to give him my money.

Yeah, this does look good. I'm fan of Mel so obviously I'm going to see this.

I've been looking forward to this for quite some time.

The second I heard about it and that Mel was directing got me excited. He's a good filmmaker. Braveheart is one of my favorite films and Passion of The Christ was good, even though I'm not religious is anyway but still very well directed. This looks to have the potential in being his best film yet.
