Are you Afraid of the Dark/ Goosebumps

Yeah the green mask episode was the best- it can actually also be found on youtube currently.

Didn't remember Hayden Christenson being in an episode, does anyone know if any of other famous young celebs were in the show/s?

gotcha, gotcha, gotcha:o :woot: that kid ruined the whole episode!

No I don't!!:cmad:

I didn't get into Are You Afraid of the Dark that much because I stopped having cable.:(

I enjoyed what I saw though. The only episode I remember is the with Tia and Tamera.

As for Goosebumps. It was ok. Sometimes i just didn't deliver. The Haunted Mask was great. My Hairiest Adventure was lame. The episode with the little town and the chick who turned into a pig was good(I think this was when the show was relaunched on Wb). But none of the stories were really scary, which is fine cause the books were always more creepy than scary. Overall, whatevah, I'm not choosing.:o

True. And it was a Saturday morning show on FOX Kids, so I doubt anyone wanted to be scared so early in the morning.

are you afraid of the dark used to creep me out more than goosebumps ever would

Are you Afraid of the Dark brings back a lot of memories. It was a great show to watch growing up. But the show that truly freaked me out as a kid was Beyong Belief: Fact or Fiction. When they would tell some crazy scary story than the Star Trek host would reveal it was Fact, I wouldn't sleep.

Cartoon Network has gained rights to the show and announced on the Cartoon Network website for The Haunting Hour: Dont Think About It that episodes of Goosebumps are to start airing every night on October 1, 2007 at 8pm.

:wow:
I heard something about a new animated series too...?

A listing in TV Guide revealed that a new animated series will begin airing on the Cartoon Network on October 1, 2007.

Great memories. Looks like RL may finally be making a comeback.

Goosebumps Haunted Mask is on now:wow:

Perfect for the Holiday season, up next is Nightmare on Elm St:oldrazz:

Goosebumps was decent I thought but there was only one episode of AYAOTD that ever really creeped me out. I only saw it once but it was about this kid who had some kind of monster living in his basement which demanded to be fed. New neighbors moved in next door; a hot girl and her a-hole brother. So he fed her brother to the monster and got a new bike and it was foreshadowed that he hooked up with monster-food's hot sis.

All the other episodes were gay crap about clowns and dolls and whatnot.

it bites you once
it bites you twice
a little water, pay the price

I saw one of them tonight. The one with the piano and the kid going to Shreek piano school.. I remember watching that one when I was little. It cracked me up watching it tonight.

You talk like clowns and dolls aren't scary.

when i was younger, even though i got scared, i loved these shows, ive always liked all the scary/grusome stuff(pretty f-ed up i know) though AYAOTD was probably a better show, i just always prefered goosebumps. i remember a few episodes pretty clear, like that one where the family goes to that carnival which is owned by monsters and they couldnt leave
and that on with the scientist dad turning into a plant...
