I'm happy about my body but I'm suffering from a serious depression for about 7 months and I can't get over it.

I know the feeling. I went through the same thing when I was still in high school, but I'm recovering now.

How long did it took you to recover?
Not long. Getting help was a good idea. Turns out that I'm a competitive perfectionist and I hyperventilate a lot.

You're a competitive perfectionist?

I'm an antisocial anticompetitive perfectionist

Yes. Now that you've mentioned it, I'm also anti-social, too. I don't socialize much with people.

i feel pretty 'meh' about the shape in currently in. i'm 6' and i hover around 190-195 lbs... i have a bit of a gut, and that's about it. i know it'd only take a month or 2 of diet and exersize to get back to prime shape, but i just like drinking and being lazy, and i never get any heavier than this, so, what the hell, right?

im almost satisfied, i can almost see my 6 pack. I wont be satisfied until i can score 300 on the army PT test (at 263 right now) and see a 6 pack. i'm 5'11 185lbs

I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now.

He's the only God who still cares.

I put Moderatley because Weight wise im good and dont have to worry about it if anything i need to gain some weight. I would like to owkr on getting a more athletic build

My body sucks. Iv lost over 30 pounds of muscle since july 2004. When I was it basic training I could run 1.5 miles in 8 minutes 30 seconds. Now im no Steve prefontaine but thats damn good for being 6 2 220 pounds. Now im 190 and cant run to my kitchen without stopping in the living room for a breather.

I know these dudes that are obese attempting to lose weight and obtain the six pack thing by basically lifting and pressing. I'm like, "you gotta do some type of cardio, mother****er, you're just making yourself bulkier." They don't know what they're doing.

I'm 6'2 that weighs 220 pounds. I have 16 inch bisceps... I have alot of lean muscles, its just buried. I'd do good to lose about 30 pounds. :) I like to look good naked. Those that don't, You need to die.

wow, you have a few pounds on me, but my biceps are 16 as well (which is probably why people think I weigh more than I do...do you mind if I ask your chest and waist size...just for comparison sake?

No, I'd like to build more muscle and gain more weight, but Im too lazy to get up and do it. Plus I wouldn't know what to do.
