not knowing what to do and not caring enough to find out are why I'm not in shape.

You're overly motivatedShadowBoxing said:Yes and No. Yes, because I have almost nothing to complain about from the position of a average person. I have a defined mid section, muscular love handles, decent overall frame, 10% or less bodyfat, and I am at the level I'd need to be to be competitive as a college athlete. However I am also incredibly in tune with my body and realize I could/should get bigger (to about 200lbs even), ought to be putting up 300+ lbs on bench and 400+ on squat, one of my legs fires faster than the other, my balance needs work. And after I mass up I ought to aim for 3 or 4% lower on bodyfat as well.
Not motivated enough...excuse me, I have a date with my friend interval sprints.Ronny Shade said:You're overly motivated
Demon Within said:My body sucks. Iv lost over 30 pounds of muscle since july 2004. When I was it basic training I could run 1.5 miles in 8 minutes 30 seconds. Now im no Steve prefontaine but thats damn good for being 6 2 220 pounds. Now im 190 and cant run to my kitchen without stopping in the living room for a breather.
