If they ever actually do a movie where the plot is that it's a movie within a movie (ie Ron Howard casting those actors to play the Bluths while the actual family tries to stop the movie from being made) then it could work.

I just wish we knew what exactly was next with the series? Netflix says one thing then another and mitch seems to mention a movie a lot. Probably one of the most frustrating shows to follow as a fan in history?

You have to think of the situation around it, though. This is a series that was revived quite a while after a cancellation in which most of the cast members had moved on. It's kind of a miracle that we got an actual season, and even then it was some of off kilter to jive with everyone's schedule.

Interestingly, I could very easily see current Randor in the Michael role. I agree, ten years ago, it would've been a huge misstep. But if the show were made today, he would be perfect.

Glad there are extras. I remember looking at the DVD release of House of Cards awhile back and seeing that there were no extras. It's just like.... what's the point?
