^ Now that's a really nice one there. The only thing I could say is work on lessening the grain in your blur.

Thanks! Yeah, I questioned that myself but I liked the way it looked with the grain...

Here's a HULK I drew and colored... I really like this one and I'm proud of it because I did it with ink first, no erasers and then colored it on the pc!

That's a good one, but I might choose a different background or do the clouds yourself. There are tutorials for rendering clouds as opposed to letting PS do the work for you. Try this one here. I used it for the Superman drawings on my thread.

Other than that though, it looks good.

Actually, I did make the clouds myself! Guess that says something that you didn't know... Thanks!

They look exactly like the render clouds filter. If you wanted them to look like that, you probably could used it to save time.

That is what I used... Is there another way? Of course I do different things to affect it but is there another way to make them puffier?

You said that you made them yourself, so I figured that you made them look like the filter purposely. But you making them is the other way. The render clouds filter is letting Photoshop do the work. Use that tutorial, and you can make them as puffy as you like with any colors you choose.

ok, YES I rendered the clouds myself and used contrast and saturation to get the desired effects I just haven't found a way to make them appear puffier.
