If you only saw TDKR once, I highly recommend you to give it another chance. I felt the same as you first but after my second viewing I loved the film and didn't feel those problems at all

I highly recommend seeing it eight times :woot:

I can see why they'd cut those out tbh. Would have been too much of the same thing.

I was actually very excited in watching that much longer POV shot in the teaser though and they shortened it for the final cut. I thought it was very, very creative and something very fresh that would be great while Webb re-did the whole origin again.

I think the quick povs we got were what he meant. I dont think he meant we had 3 or 4 big povs like the teaser had.

Well obviously he probably meant the original statement because the POVs were clearly cut, or at least the one we saw in the teaser.

Hey Hey,dont get paranoid
People saying that about TDKR has nothing to do with TASM,get real

No, no, someone brought it up BECAUSE of TAS-M in this thread. One reviewer called TAS-M adequate and he decided to bring up his complaints over TDKR.

Some people can live with him crying but the way he died was incredibly stupid,ofcourse that gun shot will kill him but he is not supposed to be shown to die so easily.It was lazy writing.Imagine the Lizard dying by a simple gunshot by Captain Stacy's death,Wont it be stupid?? or say the Joker dying by a simple gunshot from Gordon's gun

The Lizard analogy doesn't make any sense since Lizard has a regenerative ability, so Lizard dying by Captain Stacy's gun would be stupid, being shot by a canon as Bane was isn't. I don't know why anyone would think it's such a bad or embarrassing death; at least it's not just by a handgun.

And the fact that Talia acted as the main villian towards the end and was ridiculous aswell

Theatricality - Bane; Deception - Talia...powerful agents in the League of Shadows.

These points were stupid whether you admit it or not
(Bane Becoming a sidekick
Crying
Dying so easily
Talia friendzoning him)

Being shot by a canon isn't dying easily :funny:

And Talia and Bane were never lovers, so another thing I don't get is the whole "friend" nitpick.

I could say the same for TDKR
And once again it is nothing to do with TASM
Everybody says TA is a great movie because it IS a great movie

TDKR IS a great movie too :cwink:

Absolutely right
I have no problems with a team-up but they should have avoided-the crying part,'He loved me' and 'Goodbye my friend' lines(Even if it was meant to brother-sister love),Bane dying so easily and they should made them look like equal partners(Like both of them running away with the nuclear bomb together with Bane driving and Talia besides him)

They were equal partners since Ra's al Ghul is the one who always wanted to destroy Gotham. Talia and Bane just decided to re-form the League under new rulership. And a tear being shed isn't bad. People cry; villains even cry. It's okay for Sandman to cry, but not Bane?

Hey! Stop talking about TDKR! I haven't seen it yet. :p

I wouldn't say the reviewer was hating on the film at all. Only a few mentions here and there, but that is going to happen in simply any review coming out on DVD/Blu-ray.

Every review starts off the same..."do we need a reboot? blah, blah, blah"...

It gets incredibly annoying after seeing so much of that crap. The reboot was announced a couple of years ago so there's been plenty of time for people to come to grips with its existence. I want to line up all the reviewers and deliver one long 3 Stooges running slap to their faces.

If they want to complain about originality they should try to stop copying each other.

But it is their right to bring up something that's very true. Exactly ten years later, and we're getting an origin film that feels the same.

I will say that with all of the **** I give TDKR, I still like it more than TDK.

Begins is still my favorite, though.

I like TDK more too. It goes, TDK (10), TDKR (9.5), and Begins (9).

YAY, the preorder from Mixup is up (if someone is from Mexico) wooho, i don´t know what they give when you preorder

i think he meant he liked TDK more than TDKR

for me is BB>TDK>TDKR
and for Spidey ASM>SM2-SM1---->SM3

For Batman and Spider-Man respectively, imo...

TDKR -> TDK -> BB

S-M 2 -> S-M 1 -> TAS-M -> S-M 3

Just saying what I feel as well along with many others out there, lol. If you don't then that's cool and I'm glad you really enjoyed TAS-M.

Tdk>bb>>tdkr

tasm>sm2>sm1>>sm3

On topic: can't wait for the blu! 3 more weeks!

Thank God for it, or we'd still have Sandman as Uncle Ben's killer running free, because our idiotic hero found him but don't think bank robbers and killers are bad guys. :whatever:

And yet we still have Uncle Ben's killer running free. Funny how that worked out, huh? :cwink:

ummm its not like the bank robber said sorry then pete said its ok and let him go.Pete is still looking for him. It's like you had your eyes closed and said no through the whole movie lol.

There's a difference in running free and having two more movies to see him being caught, then actually having him caught and letting him go free. I understand how trilogies work, it's why I didn't say "where's the giant eagles?" when watching the first film of Lord of the Rings.

You have to wait and see before you can complain, with Raimi, we've already seen him screw the pooch royally and spit on the motif that Spider-Man has stood for for 50 years.

i thought this was easy to grasp. I hope we dont see the bank robber till the 3rd movie.

Unfortunately, there are people here who don't understand what a trilogy is. They think that every part of the story should be told within the first film. :doh:

Just stating facts. Ben's killer is on the loose as well and if Peter learned how to not be vigilante from Captain Stacy's words, Peter could very well just let the killer go as much as Raimi's Spidey let Sandman go. It's as if some people don't understand what could actually happen down the road :cwink:

And those two extra films could see, as I said, Peter finding the killer and letting him go bud :up:

I like how people are so in agreement that the killer will be caught and handed to the police. What if Webb's Peter pulls the same thing? Will there be as much hate for it? Probably not :funny:

How cute that that is what you got out of my reply.
