Avengers Vs Venom tpb?

Okay, I've never heard of this but found it on ebay and was looking into it. I can't find much on it so I was wondering if anyone has it or has read it, and I'm curious what you thought about it. It was written by Danny Fingeroth and drawn by Ron Lim, originally published in 1991 as Avengers: Deathtrap: The Vault... and was reprinted in 1993 as Venom: Deathtrap. I read it about a year ago. Its a fairly typical 90's style actioner. Not a lot of plot, but a buttload of characters. Despite being creditted with a title, Venom doesn't do a whole lot in the action comic. I thought Thunderball from the Wrecking Crew all but stole the show. Bought it at a con for $1, so I can't complain.
