Avril Sued Again?!

Girls like Lavigne are not talented enough to write their own song without copying the work of others

These things will never happen to Nelly Furtado because she has a bunch of talented people working with her (such as timbaland)

And Beyonce should get talented people to help her with her stuff too
Otherwise she’ll end up just like the April fool that Lavigne is
 
Not that I’m comparing them, but Elvis didn’t write his stuff either.
 
Why does this not piss me off? Because....

A) I don't think she stole the song from the Rubinoos. I was generally wtf when I heard that.

B) While the songs between her and Peaches are remarkably similar. I'm willing to give some doubt to the girl.

But he was in the right place at the right time

I remembered (years ago when I was a teenager)
I woke up at around 3 o’clock in the morning and i turned on the TV
And I saw a black and write documentary
Where a black man was obviously imitating Elvis Presley

And I recalled I was very amuse by that
Until I finally realized that this black dude was in the 1930's and he was the original, the real deal!

Same thing for Michael Jackson he copied one of his stage move from Harold Lloyd
(The one he spins like a top and stop to look left and right)
I saw Harold do exactly the same move in one of his movie where he thought he could be just as swell as the rich people.
