This was an almost perfect trailer! I still don't care to hear Eisenberg's voiceover during such incredible scenes, but I can live with it. :p

It gets a 9 by default because of that opening sequence.

Hated the music choice, but a very good trailer. Much better than the last one.

much, MUCH better trailer than the last one. the opening is downright badass

That trailer was awesome. Tied in very well with their marketing style of building upon previous footage.

10/10, the best one yet it has made me want to see more urgently & if any trailer does that to you, it's a good trailer.

Everything except for Eisenburg's voice over and the music was perfect. The opening scene with Batman was ****ing incredible!

The opening sequence alone gives us the cinematic Batman so many of us have wanted for years.

Sort of not sure what to think.

On one hand it was a badass trailer. Not as exciting as the other two overall, but exciting in a different way. The music was great, as was all the sassiness between the characters. It looks fun. And it was smart to have one trailer, the final one, pumping up fans for the brawl like a wrestling match or something. Perfect final moment with Batman showing that he can somehow keep up.

On the other hand, I'm just not a fan of the overall visual direction. It seems sorta...videogamey in both the cg and the art direction. A lot of ugly night time shots with fire and rubble. This very much feels like the DC universe brought to you by the guy who did 300 and Sucker Punch, made for teenage boys, and I actually think that visual direction will turn off a lot of casual audiences (and critics).

I also think by having so much of Superman in Batman' grimdark world and emphasizing the darker aspects of Supes, the film might be squandering some of the appeal of a Batman/Superman movie, the contrast between the characters. This goes for all the marketing materials thus far. Seems more TDKReturns in its tonal direction than Batman/Superman.

So, the trailer is badass, but I think it could still be so much more given the two characters they're playing with. I pretty much loved MoS btw.

Edit*

Oh ya, ratings.

Comic-con first look (on the rooftop) - 10/10
Teaser ("Is it really surprising...") - 7/10
Comic-con Trailer ("Today is a day for truth") - 9/10

MOS trailer 2 - 10/10
Suicide Squad teaser - 9/10
Suicide Squad trailer - 9/10
The Force Awakens teaser & trailer - 11/10

Pretty damn cool. I felt like that opening was like Batman The Animated Series bought to life. And I like the very end sequence. Leaves you hanging, like "Hold up, what?" Superman seems to be throwing his weight around in this trailer.

What's the deal with the damn oldest lie in America?

I'm not the biggest DCEU fanboy but this was the best BvS trailer yet IMO.

I got Goosebumps a couple times (the true litmus test).

8.5/10

9, but only because Superman didn't speak. And I want a Superman version of this trailer to complement it.

The opening sequence alone gives us the cinematic Batman so many of us have wanted for years.

Exactly! I still hold Nolan's trilogy as the gold standard in sheer comic book filmmaking, but damn, that opening sequence was beautiful.

Did he give that one dude the rock bottom lmao? I mean, if I got my ass whupped like that I would've straightened up, found the Lord, went to college or something. As it should be...because Batman don't **** around!

Given how much some people complained and made slanted videos about the 'look' of mos, I suppose we'll have to see how this different looking plays to the crowds. I for one thing that wonder woman leaping gif looks very painterly. Very much out of a painted comic book. Something I really don't get from the mcu or fox stuff for instance.

Yea that looked different.

Shame no one has started one of those rate the comic book movies trailers against each other again like they did last time. Curious what things would look like. Oh well.

Nearly perfect trailer. It would be 10, if it consisted only out of Batman and Alfred kicking ass. There are all those other people in there, but that's life.

Someone gave this a 2 because it ain't a public poll.

It seems like the biggest reason why people liked this trailer was because of how it actually showed Batman's fighting style in the film. Without that sequence, I doubt this trailer would have faired high with people.
