For a limited time you can get the first episode for free here. You kind of have to register an account on their website though to be able to get it or download it when it's out. You get an e-mail letting you know when you can download it.

Pre-orders are also up on their site at 25 dollars for the whole season.

It looks like there may not be Console versions

Telltale Games has dated the PC and Mac version of Back to the Future for December, while saying the PS3 and Apple versions will follow at a later date.
Those among you will notice that we haven’t mentioned the Xbox 360 version, the reason for this is that there doesn’t seem to be one.

Telltale failed to mention the Xbox 360 version when dating the game, While the Xbox Live symbol is conspicuous in its absence on the official website.
Could this mean the game will not be making an appearance on Xbox Live ? We have contacted TellTale to find out.

I wonder if its due to the XBOX Live restrictions ? & that when the game is completed it will no doubt go to retail disc & the 360 will just get the retail version ?

It will be interesting to see how this series does after screwing over the 360 fan base of Back To The Future. If it bombs then Tell Tale Games can thank that decision

Telltale best selling game was Tales Of Monkey Island, which wasn't released on the xbox360. Back To The Future is a better known franchise than Monkey Island, it wouldn't be surprising if it sold more.

Could be. Although they have released episodic games on the 360 (Wallace and Gromit).

Still not on steam, I have a feeling they will delay it until after the Christmas sale.
Edit: All there games are 50% off today, obviously not. On the plus side, Wallace And Gromit is only £10. That should pass the time.

I'm waiting for its price to come down. I love Back to the Future, but I've found waiting a while is an excellent tactic for dealing with high prices on Steam.
